Nurse Redheart 2.0

This is an early stage of a Picture I'm working on.

It's Nurse Redheart on a giant syringe, for some kind of motivational poster (get your flu shots, colts).

I'm looking for any kind of feedback on this one, before I colour and finalize it. Lines still need some cleaning up, so I'm more looking for things like glaring mistakes that would be easier to fix in that stage.

I think it goes without saying that I was inspired to do this by the REA posters our own BrianBlackberry did, but credit where credit is due.

edit: uploaded a new version, cleaned up the lines further and made some minor adjustments. Comments would be very welcome.
