Shimmer's Magic

When I uploaded my previous work, the uncloaked side-view of this character, I decided that I have to go back to the previous drawing and re-make it with new armor and cybernetics design. Decided to throw away the Scythe altogether and make Shimmer do something that makes active use of the runes. I also tried adding more shading and shine to the metal parts.
