Xifre De La Prada

A mare from "Stalliongrad" that at one point saw a magazine about clothing, and the more urban-styled clothes caught her eye and inspired her, leading her to eventually move to Manehatten to make such clothes with her talent in SoulWeaving, to use a special material to make one size fits all urban clothing for ponies to buy, sometimes doing formal clothing on commission. She dropped her accent for the most part, but sometimes it randomly pops up. She doesn't seem rather social, but she's well acquainted with some less than known ponies that also live in Manehatten.
