    Can you believe it?  I've been on here for a whole year now!  I've had some good times, some great times, and some...interesting times.  I've made a whole lot of friends.  Creeped an IRL friend out (with the fact that I have so many online adult friends).  Got two IRL friends to join the site (and then they both left).  And welcomed a whole lot of people.  
    I roleplayed a lot of roleplays, and got myself a Skype to roleplay even more! 
    In this past year:
    -I got 7 of my OC's approved
    -I apped and am now an active player of Starlight Glimmer
    -I discovered making troll accounts and playing the same prank on your friend 4 times still works 
    -I realized going on pony sites the night before your exam is not the same as studying
    -I learned the basics of speaking spanish
    -I learned a bunch of useless information of the Biological Kingdoms and Classification
    -I learned around (Eleven?) different chemical reactions
    -I continued to really hate math
    -I realized that, yes, it is possible to go from a literal fail to a perfect in essay writing (Maybe because roleplaying helped improve my writing skills?)
    -I received a microphone and realized I sound really bad on recording
    -I received a drawing tablet and realize I can actually draw
    -I learned the basics of economics 
    -I learned how to cut a tree (Make an undercut.  Make a back cut.)
    -I learned fishing boats.  I can name 5 types (Gill net, purse seine, longline, trawl, otter trawl)
    -I realized that I have enough drama in my life that I don't need to watch reality TV shows
    -I started reading the news.  
    -I made friends with my basic polar opposite (and we're bff's to date)
    -I don't actually know if this blog counts as a post.  
    -I realized I should stop welcoming new members by pm (nothing good's ever come out of that) and leave somebody else to that job
    -I started watching anime other than Tokyo Mew Mew
    -I listened to Kpop and realized it;s not half bad.
    -I lost all the bets I made this year with my friends.
    -I knit about 7 more lines to my scarf.  The same scarf that I've been knitting for 3 years (granted, I knit an average of 3 lines per year)
    -I realized that the death of a family member isn't always bad (you have to be thankful they lived for that long)
    -I learned that being passive-aggressive sometimes does you good
    -I really like the 'delete' and 'edit' button.
    -My online friends mean as much to me as my IRL friends
    -I have no idea how this list got so long.
    -I learned two things about two members that I probably could have learned if I just read their profile.  Instead, it took about 12 months and a bunch of pm's.
    -There's a lot more than happened this year, but
      (a) I'm too lazy to make this list even longer
      (b) My memory is lapsing right now because I'm desperately trying to study at the same time. 
      (c) Srsly people.  I love to rp.  This isn't really a reason, but I'm just being my random self again.

    Help me Choose!

    I need to choose one of the three below poems for school.  Which one do you think is "best" in your opinion?  (Ignore the numbers beside the titles-it's the word count of the poem. )It's for presentations:

    Earthquake

    Huh. I just felt an earthquake. It was apparently from one of the islands in and about Victoria, and had a magnitude of 4.9. Things shook. Nothing broke or was damaged though. Just kinda scared me. Meh. 'Twas strange indeed (but not anything too strange, I do live in a high earthquake risk area, after all). Ironic-considering that earthquakes are my topic of study currently in school. Now I feel less scared. Are we all okay (especially directed to any members living near/in the area)?

    I had the strangest dream last night...it was like being in the middle of a League game. The only difference was, it was me and my 5 player team vs. this other team that was like "a city of people". Literally. The other team occupied the entire area of their turret property and made it nearly impossible to walk through cause there was so many people on the other team. Everyone in the other team had abilities and weapons, and so did everyone on my team. Other than me. I was carrying a bomb. Every game, I would carry the bomb with one or two other members from my team-running to the nexus. My small group of two/three would them run into the inhibitor turret, and then meet the other three/two members of our team (they were trying to destroy enemy turrets). I would then plant the bomb there, and they would activate it with their abilities (cause this bomb only reacted to abilities, apparently). Then-we would run. We would run and run and run and try to get back to our base and nexus...but we would never make it. Apparently, everyone in the other team was (sleeping?) while my team was getting the bomb into their nexus. As soon as the bomb was planted and my team would run away, everyone in the other team would wake up. Remember how I said that team was like a city of people? Yeah. They would OP us, then destroy the bomb (somehow). And my team would lose...every time. Somehow, we never thought to change our plan of attack or strategy, and we lost every single game.
    So...yeah. That's my League dream. It was horrible. But it was really fun, at the same time!

    My MLP Resolutions for (Chinese) New Year. I forgot to make the resolution for New Year's, so Chinese New Year will have to do:
    -make more OC's
    -draw my OC's
    -make banners for my OC's
    -finish Starlight's Lore Thread
    -get to at least 2,000 posts
    -finish an rp (I have, so far, only been part of inactive, dead, or incomplete rp's)
    -get another Skype account (just for MLP) and get Skype to work on my PC
    -finish editing my Fanfiction on FimFiction
    -write more Fanfiction for FimFiction
    -finish Friendship is Witchcraft
    Random New Year's Resolutions:
    -drink more water
    -figure out how to work Audacity
    -draw something that actually looks nice
    -make a Youtube video using my new mic and Audacity
    -Exercise more
    -Make more friends
    -Watch Doctor Who
    -make a playlist of music
    -continue being "that kid with no social media" (I get too easily distracted)
    -keep being eccentric and proud of it

    Huh. I just pranked my friends. Bigtime. In a very, elaborate and big prank.
    So...I have different Google accounts, one for myself and one for spam and accounts. I have a group chat in my personal account, where I came up with the brilliant idea to prank my friends on the chat. I added my spam account into the group chat, and used a pm to each friend (a single-person pm) to tell them that they need not worry, and that the randomly added person was also me. Now, they're all blindly playing and chatting with my spam account, believing that only they themselves knew of the prank and working hard to keep others from thinking that it is a prank. I'm laughing so hard right now...can't wait to reveal it to them in the grande finale that they were part of the grande prank act!

    I just ordered a graphics tablet (Huion 680TF), and I've been getting my hands on free art programs. I'm not really willing to spend any money as of yet, just because I'm still an amateur and I like to test the waters before I commit. These are the programs I have downloaded so far:
    Microsoft Paint (yes-that one)
    GIMP 2 (because gimp)
    Inkscape (this was one of the first programs I heard of)
    SketchUp (as well as LayOut, Style Builder)
    Serif (just found this one by pure searching)
    I'm interested in downloading just about any that I can find-are there any notable ones I should be made aware of to download? I have a Microsoft computer.

    Hello y'all,
    Just another fellow brony here, with a lot of pony love! My full name is Lyipheoryia (lie-i-for-ore-ia) Stertlings, but most just call me Lyi. I'm still kind of new here, and can use all the help I can get. I usually spend my time reading and writing fanfiction, and have been reading forums for a looong time. This is the first time I'm actively participated, though!
    Expect more in the future.
