      Got the base idea,  but nothing concrete. I know he'd be a speed obsessed pegasi.

      Well, you might want to consider him having a flaw that even though he's fast he's also very accident prone and often crashes into other things or ponies.

      Alright, what I was going to write up were corrupted forms of the Aetherite/Thaumite/Magicite as it were. They'd be ones warped by dark magic.
