    Spyro died the same instant insomniac got done with it and whoever was it (activision?) took afterwards, dont get yourself any hope for ANYTHING that comes anytime soon with that name. same case as Crash Bandicoot(better than Spyro, problem?) when Naughty Dog lost it (srsly, crash bash was the dullest piece of boring **** of the ps1 era )

    as a man's man myself ( ) i do think the pilot is a good start, sonic rainboom, dragonshy and fall weather friends are close seconds, mostly due to the "adventure-y" feel they give, while keeping the focus on the nature of the characters.

    oh, so that was where the discussion was headed, my bad on topic: similar to mint's theory, but instead of Celestia possessing artifacts similar to Nightmare Moon's, i would say that after having to control both day and night for a complete millennia she "absorbed" traits of both, changing her original pink-only mane to a more complete color spectrum also worth copypasta of what an anon said on that discussion linked so maybe we are just trying too hard

    like i said, wasnt Celestia's fault (nor was it Luna's) Celestia just chose what (to me at least) was the best option to evade an Armageddon (no daylight -> no photosynthesis -> EVERYTHING DIES) i mean, it was probably that, waiting for the Elements of Light to fully awaken with the girls (or whenever) or actually killing/banishing Nightmare Moon forever and Luna with her. also yes, that was her Gala dress Ponies do not live that long! Why did it take so long for the Elements of Harmony to regather? go ask Lauren.
