While the concept of Twilight messing up a spell is VERY common**, I am not too sure on the use of turning a member back into a filly (I have seen it a few times, but not too often). The plot overview seems interesting enough though. If executed well the story would be great, certainly something I would like to read. ** Try something else perhaps. A plant, potion, old artifact, exotic poison, etc. Maybe Zecora was experimenting with Poison Joke extract mixed with a revitalizing plant extract of which gets accidentally taken into Ponyville by a mistaken shipment to the store supplies (or something). Rainbow Dash happens to acquire it by some means and drinks it, thinking it is a juice / soda.

I just read the original post, so forgive any repetitions that I am sure to type. (1) I personally despise three types of fanfics; two of them being the Human in Equestria type and another being self-inserts. It seems as though Human in Equestria stories makes up 40% of all fanfics, Shipping 50%, and Other as 10%, so I tend to avoid them. As for self-inserting, it is generally frowned upon in writing and I highly recommend avoiding it. If you want to relate to your character, write down your personality traits and use the main ones for your OC, but don't forget to include character flaws. Avoid breaking the 4th wall and you should be fine. Although it ultimately comes down to what YOU want to do. Sometimes it is best simply writing what is on your mind, just to get it out of your head and onto paper. (2) I do not have much experience on fanfic readings. My personal preference would be a variety of readers, as to easily distinguish characters. It is very important that the voices are interesting and entertaining ... vital that the voice captures the emotion of the character.

I never heard the song before seeing that remix either, but I liked it so much I decided to find the original. Both are great. ^_^

How did you became a fan of FiM?: Terraria Online Forums My one favourite main cast pony?: Rainbow Dash I live in the United States. Introduced to this site by someone I know. The other MLP site I am from I was a Moderator. Converted to MLP: While lurking around the Terraria Online forums, I noticed a certain group of people ... all of them with pony avatars. I then found the MLP thread there and began to lurk there. More and more often I found myself going solely to that thread and not very much else. Eventually, I decided "what the hay" and gave MLP a try ... I mean if the fan base is this darn nice, it has to be good, right? And like a classic addiction, ponies became me and I became ponies. Interests: Music, animation, and drawings are what I love to watch and listen to. I don't have the skill for any of that (sadly), so I observe the beauty that others have created. Writing is what I do instead, albeit badly. Still browsing this site, so if there is a spot for it, I shall post some of my stuff.
