Hey there, guy! It's funny that you're on Esper; I used to go there when I was in high school years and years ago, so naturally when I thought about signing up for an IRC channel I "went home". Sounds like we have some stuff in common; I've got a dual-boot running Ubuntu and build computers and stuff. Welcome to the forums!

Trinket squeaked as she saw the pen he had picked up for her. "Ohhh!!" she stomped her hooves giddly, "This is perfect, now they'll know my note is important!" She nodded before taking the pen into her mouth and setting the paper down on the down beneath her hooves as she smoothed it out. She went to lean in to start the words but stopped just before touching the paper and perked her head up again looked deep in thought. You could always tell when she was thinking up a storm cause her little tongue would poke out the side of her mouth. "Hmmmm..." she hummed aloud again tapping the paper. "I know.. but I don't... at the same time?" She said looking up to him confused after setting the pen down. "I know what I want to ask. But I don't know how to ask it. Does that make sense?" She said frowning in puzzlement. [[ Woo, new header! ]]

[[ Eeps! I've been dragged away from the computer for the past two days now and looks like I gravely feel behind! I'll do my best to keep up a better pace! ]] ☵ ♨ [ Mocha Delight ] ♨ ☵ "Chai tea with a couple of pinches of original flavoring, I like the way you think. And I'm sure she'll come soon, she might be a tad distracted but I believe she's a responsible pony." Mocha said with a certainty about her voice. She knew Tang had come home in a gruff ever since she was forced to move to Ponyville from Canterlot. But she had finally began to improve with her new roomie Poppy. She sincerely hoped it would help her overcome this whole change of situation she was forced to face. And Mocha couldn't help but wonder if she realized she wasn't alone in it, she would be there in a skip of a second if her little niece needed her. Mocha tried not to admit it to much but she was just a tad over protective. The door gave another jangle as it opened for two more, "Oh, looks like I better get working!" She said turning from the mayor after setting down her coffee mug behind the counter. No time to finish it now, she could snack later when Tang finally got there. As the three ponies chatted one of them looked to Mocha, "And if you don't mind could you take our orders when your done with the mayors." She smiled and nodded as she just added the last finishing touches to the stylish cup she had poured the chai tea into. "One- two- stir annnd... Complete! What can I get you boys this morning?" Mocha said as she turned back hovering the cup of tea delicately in front of the mayor as it sat itself down, a small whiff of steam flavoring the air before them. Before she could get an answer from the two stallions she had another pony walk in. A nervous looking plum stallion it seemed. Mocha looked to the two still chatting with the mayor and raised a hoof to them, "Oh, just one more second please." She said politely and looked back to purple unicorn who sat down and waved to him with a beaming smile, "Hello sir! Welcome to Cafe Delights, please have a look at our menu." She said as she twisted her chin in the air and her horn sparkled with magic, a glossy menu pulled off the rack on the wall and onto the table he was sitting at. "Today's special is the Cloudsdale Blend and blueberry muffins. I'll be with you in just a moment." She nodded. But she hadn't even a moment more before the bell rang again, More customers? She actually might be over her head. Looking to the two new po--- wait a minute, those weren't ponies. Griffins? Mocha stopped for a moment and watched them as they came up to the counter, she seemed almost unphased when they asked her for two black coffees. Snapping out of it she smiled and nodded, "Of course sir! Right away." She said rushing to the freshly brewed coffee pot. Taking two large mugs she hovered them over to the counter and poured it right before them. She didn't serve many nonponyfolk around here, certainly she had met a few but not often. She made a silent plea inside hoping they would enjoy it. The door jingled yet again, a mixture of joy and dread fought inside of Mocha. She was excited for the business but awfully worried to see the ponies piling up in line... Oh where wa--- she stopped mid thought as another unicorn pony walked in. "Tang!" She exclaimed, "Hurry please, we have customers waiting!" She urged her to pick up her trot just a pinch more, she watched the filly give her dark orange eyes a roll, "Yeah, yeah, I'm here and going." she grumped aloud. Mocha frowned a little with just a tinge of concern but had to shrug it off for now. Work was to be done, she would inquire about her niece's displeasure later. Turning back to the two stallions still striking up a conversation with the mayor she scooted in just a bit, "Let me know whenever you boys are ready to order. I'll have it in a jiff." she smiled and scooted back out as they continued their conversation. Jingle jingle, the door chimed with two more ponies. A young white filly with dark locks strolled up to the counter ready with an order, Mocha stomped down her twisting unease of the full counter and smiled to her, "Cappuccino with a swirl of caramel? Of course you may sugarcube." She said with giggle and turned back with a whizz and buzz it was done up in a fancy plastic cup with a dome lid and straw. Just a tad of home made whipped cream on top of the beverage inside. "Here you are!" She said scooting it across the counter, "That'll be just 2 bits." she nodded and looked to the griffin. She was about to open her mouth to put a vote against lighting up a pleasure like that in her little cafe but it looked like the little filly was taking a stand. She watched her for a moment more as she worked up the courage and smiled stepping back to let them chat. Seemed to be all under control. Mocha took note as the door opened again to a tall dark figured unicornness. "Hello miss, how may I help you?" she openly asked as the unicorn with bright vibrant locks walked up to the counter looking mighty thirsty. ââ€â€Ã…½Ã¢â€â€Ã¢â‚¬Â°ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬â€Ã‚Â[ Citrus Tang ]ââ€â€Ã‚Âââ€â€Ã¢â‚¬Â°ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬â€Ã…½ Tang groaned as she walked in, great and it's busy here too, she thought frustratedly to herself. Walking back towards the counter she stopped a moment to the purple unicorn who sat waiting at a table, casually glancing between his menu and Mocha. She heaved a sigh and took her que walking over, "Hello sir, how can I help you." she said in a rather flat voice. She just couldn't seem to focus even after getting to work, she couldn't believe Poppy of all ponies blew her off last night. What other ponies would be more fun to hang out with than her? Well she guessed she was a little tense.. and she wasn't as active... and she... Her frown deepened as she almost glared into space, but from any other ponies point of view it would have looked like she was glaring at the customer. Blinking she looked lost of a moment, "Oh, ah... I'm sorry, lost in thought for a second there. Did you say you wanted anything?" She asked again not quite remembering if he even did say anything for that matter. She couldn't help but feel the heat rise in her cheeks awkwardly.

Ohhh, now I feel bad. The only way I remember your character is by nick-naming him "Pickle-Pony!" xD I mean it's sorta cute if you were aiming for that effect, since you weren't I can imagine it must get a bit frustrating.

I was doing a lot of study on what kind of "new creature character" to introduce to the MLP rp world and I just happened acorss perytons by accident! Welcome to the forums, BlackFang. No worries about RPing or not; I personally hope to, but I've been too busy to put together a character. ;.; We're all pretty friendly, so just jump in!

I keep trying to reply to this and this is my third well written reply that error/deleted so I'm going the simple path now. xD; Ok, no religion sorry that I originally misread this. Manestream has the right idea, we're going with a fantasy aspect. A "lore" over religion. Stories and myths about the world around them. I'm currently working on a myth about a resting phoenix or something in Thunderhoove Volcano. And this thread reminds me to make a "Myth and Lore" suggestions area for people who might have neat ideas for legends, myths, and stories for the land marks on the map.
