Taking Riddle aside he explains the origin of the spell, "Now I seem to have only been able to figure out the lesser version of the spell, the greater spell is said to have been made by Starswirl the Bearded and thus lost. Over the years unicorns have tried recreating many of the spells credited to this unicorn... though something as seemingly minor as a "Spell of Holding" was put aside by most. About 8 years ago I found the notes of one unicorn that had tried to recreate the spell of holding but did not finish doing so. With some experimenting of my own I was able to figure out how to cast a spell that, like I said before, allows to you pack double the amount with half the weight... though I haven't tried it on anything very big yet so that isn't certian. From my research the original spell would allow something as large as or larger then a hydra or dragon fit inside a bit pouch." With a soft laugh Mythos finishes with, "the way it seems to work is that the spell permanently expands the inside of any container, bag, box, exc to be about twices as large on the inside. Yet the larger this item is the longer and harder the spell becomes... given enough time, unicorns, and more then a few failures one could in theory double the inside of Canterlot castle. Though most likely only the princesses could do such but such a task would be most draining and arguably wasteful which is probably why they wouldn't."

"Well okay then," Mythos says with a shrug before nodding on the talk of leaving.

"Yes very much so," the stallion agreed with a grin as he moved his own gray mane out of his face, "one can only learn if they are willing to see new and wonderous places, to meet others and speak with them." With a laugh he says, "I am Mythos Gray, a storyteller from Canterlot... you are?"

Stardream saw the flame change in color, altered by some unknown hoof as she heard the Archivist speak, "Arcana... on the constant search for the knowledge of power... but afraid of her own abilities... You seek knowledge as a source of power, but how can you handle the power you desire when you cannot handle the power you currently possess?" "So that is way... that is way I worried about letting you go ahead," Stardream say outloud, giving Arcanaa worried look as she stepped closer, "don't you know some power is dangerous, that magic cannot be controlled fully by unicorns?"

"Yes it does seems to be that way," Mythos says looked over what had been done, what packing had been completed before continuing, "If you like I could cast a spell that expands how much can be added into a bag or box. Allowing you to carry over twice as much at under half the weight."

Whitetail Woods, much like the Everfree held more then a few secrets of it's own. Like the guardains of the fair and peaceful forest,who they are and where they originally came from. What was their story, what was the story of the forest itself... this were the thoughts going through the head of a certian gray unicorn as he moved about the ship. A smile of his face he looked on in amusement as he considered his surroundings and those of the ship as ponies got onto the craft. There seems to be more then a couple of interest, the old caption as well as a certain black unicorn. Rearranging is saddlebag, having been enchanted to hold more then it normally could, he could feel the comforting feel of books within as he walk to where the other unicorn stood near the side. With a glint of interest the gray stallion spoke, seemingly to no pony in particular saying, "such a wonderful day to explore a few mysteries."

"Yes I will go with you... I even have a suggestion on how to make packing lighter and easier," Mythos says with a nod before walking over to the stallions and saying giving them some bits and telling them, "follow us until we get to where we need to be. Then you can go into town and do as you please." "Thank you Mr. Gray," one stallion said as the other nodded and got ready to move.

Mythos was cut off as one of the stallions said, "as long as we get paid sir we are okay with it, just remember our agreement." "Yes, yes thank you," Mythos says laughing a bit as he nodded at the two.

Mythos nods to Daisy before walked over to Autumn and putting his hoof on his shoulder saying, "Don't worry about him not having work, he was looking for a new job last I checked and I even suggested a couple of places he could look into. In Canterlot there can be plenty of work to find if you know what your looking for... especually if your willing to get your hands dirty or do more manual chores. There a many Canterlot elite and self important 'high class' ponies that look for others to do the work they don't want to do."

"Not at all," Mythos says making a sweeping gesture with his hoof before offering, "maybe we can make a day of it, showing you some of the sights before meeting up with Secret."

"Yes seems we will," Mythos says simply to the stallion before he left, finding him interesting as well. Turning back to Autumn and Daisy he says with a smile that was both serious and calm, "not exactly... Secret and I setup a time and place for us to meet when I returned to Canterlot to discussion things farther but I don't know where he lives per say."

"Yes he does, yet it seems to be more then that," Mythos says with a smile, amusement clear in his voice as he continues, "though your meeting was brief it seems to have left a suprising impression on him. I might even say he seems to be smitten, playing the part of one that has lost the one they love." Mythos continues to watch the stallion, as well as keep an eye on Daisy so he can watch her face and reaction. ((O.O.C and now I wait for FlimFlam))

Mythos watches the Autumn's reaction in sympathetic interest before saying, "I met Secret at a cafe in quite the dreary mood. It took me a while to cheer him up, which suprised me, but it wasn't until after we had spoken for a while and I promised to look for you that his mood really lifted all that much. I'm actually suprised I found you here, though I did consider the possibility of Ponyville being a place you might go."

Stardream slows down for Silver Mint to catch up before saying, "we should all follow, that way we stick together and move forward. I can't let them go ahead without me" She worried what might happen if those ahead disappeared from sight, espectually that one unicorn... what was her name? She got a bad feeling with her.

"One moment please," Mythos says before answering Autumn's question, "Yes it is a stallion that was a member of the royal guard. He got... released because he had caused a scene while in uniform. Secret Heart is his name, blue mane and tail." After answering Mythos turned to Riddle with a smile and says in explanation, "life in Canterlot as an elite can become quite tiring, as such from time to time I go somewhere else so I don't have to play their 'games'. Where I can speak more freely and act more naturally." It was clear he was being honest yet Riddle might suspect he wasn't telling him everything.

I did some research and found your mother. She gave me your name and appearance... it is an interesting happenstance I meet you here."

"Miss Daisy, Miss Moonlight," Mythos says walking up to them with a smile, "this journey should be moast enjoyable with beauties such as yourselves a part of it." Turning to look at Autumn Mythos says simply, "interesting, if you willing I would like to know more on why you left on bad terms with your mother."

Members of the Midnight Order: * Starlight Moon: Former member and founder of the Midnight Order, considered lost. The dark hearted Luna had been shown the truth of her Equestria and was offered to make it better. Using her magic Harmony brought about a very suitable change over Luna, opening her heart for good to flow into it. Becoming Starlight Moon she worked with Harmony to create a safe haven and resistance to Celestia's rule. Yet eventually came the time she was to face Celestia and was locked for 1000 years, and when released Celestia was ready to undo what Harmony had done. Using the Dark Elements the good that was in Starlight Moon was forced out from her soul and her heart was closed from any farther alteration. ------------------------------------- * Harmony: This strange yet powerful being brought about the coming of Starlight Moon and helped create the Midnight Order over 1000 years ago. Currently she is the secret guardian and source of wisdom for the Midnight Order, only know by the high level members... yet she is spoken of by others. Could be said to be the one in charge if it wasn't for the fact she lets others do so. * Prince Blueblood: high level member of the Midnight Order, keeps an eye on his aunts as well as Rarity's activity with Canterlot elites. Out of all the high level members he is look on the most for leadership and to give the orders. * Trixie: high level member of the Midnight Order parents killed by Twilight. In addition, when she tried to face Twilight she was mocked, humiliated, and left for dead. The most magically gifted in the Order and the one in charge of training unicorns in more advanced magic as well as keeper of lore. * Gilda: high level member of the Midnight Order, betrayed by Rainbow Dash and forced to watch her kind hunted and killed for sport by the pegasi. In charge of combat training and has connections with the Griffin Kingdom. * Flim and Flam: high level members of the Midnight Order, ran out of business by Applejack. A good head for numbers and money, as such they are in charge of the Orders flow of money and how to use it. In addition always seems to have a catchy tone to lighten the mood. * Ditzy Doo: high level member of the Midnight Order, her daughter dinky killed by Pinkamena. Knows how to get information, packages, and mail around Equestria undetected. * Mythos Gray: high level member that using his skills on information gathering and ability to create impressive illusions to work as agent of sorts for the Order. Having created aliases he is able to be right in the thick of trouble and danger, playing the part of somepony with a connection with or that is close to a Discordian. This is possible because of a special watch that hides or alter his magic completely unless he so wishes it shown. (normally very busy on missions and thus not always able to be found.) ----------------------------------------- Mythos' Aliases: Silverswirl (unicorn researcher for Twilight), Mr. Grimhoof (earth pony business partner of sorts with Applejack), Sir Coltsworth (a frequent unicorn visiter of Rarity who she has grown fond of), (Glittermane, an odd/somewhat mad earth pony with an obession for puzzles that actually seems to like Pinkamena's parties), Blackstorm (freelancer pegasus that goes on missions for Rainbow Dash), and lastly Scarin (an earth pony beasthunter that works with Fluttershy). The Dark Elements... or as some call them the Elements of Discord, who wield each of them 'in ()', and where they stay normally or where they can be found 'in []'. Spite (Twilight Sparkle)[The Grand Librarium], Cruelty (Fluttershy)[The 'Beastial' Sanctuary], Greed (Rarity)[The Palace Boutique], Deceit (Applejack)[Apple Corporation, Apple Manor], Treachery (Rainbow Dash)[sky Fortress], and Fear (Pinkamena)[Ministry of Moral]. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Twilight controls the use of magic as well as education and knowledge, having learned some of the darkest magic imaginable and using her intellect to conduct research on a variaty of subjects... many of which can cause serious injury or even death to those involved. Many fear the magical sensers in place that can alert her and those under her of magic used, especually teleportation which is forbidden for all but a few. * Fluttershy is a beastmistress that controls the creatures and monsters of the forboding Everfree Forest... as well as create her own 'children'. A mare with a seemlying 'sweet' exterior but as per her element can be quite cruel and has a terrorify rage when angered. * Rarity is considered to be a great beauty indeed, both convited and fear by those of Canterlot elite, because of ber bewitch charm and grace. Controls those of high blood, even going to using blackmail to get what she wants. Runs under her large shop a sweet shop run by orphened foals and mares that have no where else to go, as well as sending the prettier and more lovely mares and fillies to be trained to please those that visit her shop. * Applejack controls the businesses as well as to an extent the criminal element of Equestria, the Apple Corps overshadowing all who wish for work or need to buy and sell. The Apple family being the mob that all fear and is currently run by Don Macintosh though Applejack plans on trying to kill her brother to be in change. * Rainbow Dash is the caption of the Shadow Bolts, leading her ruthless police force to make sure all the laws of the empiresses are followed. Yet her and her officers are as corrupt as you can get, taking or demanding as well as using violence against those that try to go against them. She is know as the fastest pegasus in Equestria and to hear the sound of the Dark Rainboom means that another pony will be captured by her. * Pinkamena, for many this is the discordian one should fear the most... which is what she wants. Her laughter and smile being the sort to chill a pony's heart. One's paranoia becomes complete as you cannot outrun her, you cannot hide from her. She creates parties nopony wants to go to but must by law. This pink mare controls the moral making sure all live with a hopelessness and fear... herself moving from glee, to depression, to anger.

''You know, ponynapping me is probably the worst idea you've had, your going to jail for this stupid prank buddy.'' said the pony near where she was ''but finding out what you're up to is probably a correct path to take'' "Perhaps he has reason to be so careful," Stardream spoke up nerviously as she followed Strife and the others, "a pony once told me 'knowledge is power, guard it well'. There could be those that would use knowledge for selfish reasons... reasons that could even harm others." She looked around, wondering if she really would find what she was looking for... and wondered what her price would need to be.

With a friendly yet somewhat exaggerated bow the stallion said with a laugh, "Not at all, I am Mythos Gray, a... traveller of sorts though my home is in Canterlot. I am something of a scholar, something of an entertainer, and a storyteller all rolled into one. It is a pleasure to meet all of you." He says all this as if it is nothing important, just describing himself in a way that others would understand. There was a certain charm about him though, and it was clear he wasn't like many elites the ponies might know of. On what he would like others to call him he says, "You can call me Mythos or Gray, a deer I once knew even got into the habit of calling me 'grey pony' all the time."
