Darkness finally looked at her, making eye contact slowly, and blinked, "n..not t..too soon, i..it wi.will take m..most of the n..night to ge..get th..there a..and ba..ack," He told her before looking back into the forest, "a..and th..then exploring m..might t..take a bit," he said simply, "I..I also f..feel we m..may ha..have a long n..night ahead," he turned back to her, with a soft warm smile.

"hmph," Darkness said and turned back forward and closed his eyes and began to map out the path to the sister ruins, it was fairly straight forward, but for some reason he could map out one section, "odd," he said out loud to himself, "Why is that are blacked out?" he shook his head, "No matter I remember the path"

Darkness scoffed, "2..2 th..things you s..should know," he said not turning to them, "O..One, t..the Man..Manticore l..lives away from here," he sighed, "a..and tw..two, I..I di..din't want p..ponies to come a..along if a..all you care ab..about is brin..bring death to c..creatures," He looked at them, "M..Manticores a..are not h..hostile c..creatures, j..just t..terretorial"

Darkness ignored the bickering as he well knew there wad no Manticore near, that lived due south west of them, near the poison joke fields, he had moved away from the valley. He nodded to the mare, "y..yes t..thats the p..place."

Darkness blushed heavily and looked down, "erm ye..es, let..let's go, he.." he coughed weakly and slowly stepped into the darkness of the trees.

"w..were going to the Royal Ruins," He said softly, "And whenever...yo..your all r..ready I guess, th..then we'll h..head out," he said still staring off into the darkness before him, "just hope it isn't like that night," he said to himself and looked back at his Cutie Mark, a sliver moon with a compass,.

Darkness just listened, a little in his own world as he remebered his past and looked into the Everfree

"M..mom was right," Darkness muttered, "Unicorns are superior," he sighed a little but nodded to her, a bit lost in his past.

Darkness looked slowly to here, "y..yes ma'am, i..if thats ok" he said nervously and unsure.

[Yes, we now have an elite team of specialists!] Darkness looked at his hoof, she...she shook my hoof, odd, i don't believe I understand her reasoning He thought as he stared off into the woods. He could never get lost, but she was right, it was dark for the rest, he was curious her idea.

Darkness froze and slowly nodded, "y..yes ma'am"

Darkness coughed a bit and looked away, embaressed and afraid after being called out so quickly.

"A..are you sure?" Fluttershy asked as she looked over to him then breifly glanced toward the receptionist and back to them

Darkness nodded shyly to the 3 stallions as each approached respectively, and smiled a little, "Y..yes I'm Dark...Darkness Eclipsed" he slowly said, "Glad to see somep..ponies decided to co...." he froze as he saw the mare approach and looked down and watched his hooves. He hadn't planned for this, for Luna's sake he didn't expect any pony to come, but a mare..that wasn't good. Not that having her was gonna be bad, but he was deathly scared and nervous around mares, due to a long past incident that he couldn't overcome, and to top it, she was a unicorn!

The mare yipped a bit not used to others touching her so suddenly but followed, "Oh..I...um..im fluttershy" the mare said as she smiled shyly and looked at the ground, shuffling a hoof. That was, until she was handed an envelope that she looked at, "w..what's this?"

Plot: Darkness Eclipsed is a shy pegasus stallion, but despite his lack of socialization he is deep driven toward adventure and exploring. He has come to Ponyville and has put up a few fliers during the night to see if anypony would accompany him into the Everfree! He now waits atop the moorland by the Everfree, only Fluttershy's cottage is within sight, dark as she is most likely asleep. Now he waits to see who may arrive, for a night to not soon be forgoten! This RP is basically just gonna be a jump scare/ non voilence hororish rp, just to set a nice starting tone for Nightmare Night that will be in 19 days! Its gonna be a fun adventure but I wish to stay fairly straight forward. [oh...um, may i join, oh i wish to be part of this rp ] The doors opened once more as a smaller butter colored pegasus mare entered. Her sky blue eyes lite up in nervousness, if that was even possible as she fluttered her wings shyly. As she walked toward the counter her soft, smooth pink mane covered a bit of her face and she looked around as if lost, but strayed away from the recepionist, too nervous to ask for help.

Moonlite didnt like that tone one bit, "no no, its just we have to meet our other friends, we wish not to he late" she smiled warmly Darkness froze a bit but relaxed at the hug, though, despite being pegasi, he cpuld sense something up with that new mare.

"He is fine," Moonlite said flatly, "Me and my friend are off to Ice Cream, sorry we cant chat," Moonlite saif and lightly took Eleanors hand and turned to walk off.

Moonlite just nodded to the mare, her magical presence was unsettling. Darkness slowly sat down and sighed, "I..ive jist been so pushed away"

Moonlite shook her head, "no," Darkness stopped and looked down, "Why?" he asked her, "I..im gonna upset u again," he sighed, "Im a failure"

Moonlite smiled at Eleanor Darkness got.up, "i..im gonna go...before i upset u more," he sighed.
