It sure is! I even talked to her about the website- though I'm sure I came off as a total air-head xD. I came down to San Diego for my cousins wedding- didn't even know about comic con- then a friend offered me a free stay, so I nabbed a day pass and made the most of it. I got a zecora too! It was the right day to go too- because Tara was there; and I got a book signed by Lauren Faust, though I didn't get to meet her.

Despite differing opinions here, lets not forget to be grateful that there is a podcast at all. You guys are doing very well, and I think that while feedback is a good tool, you should focus on finding what gives your podcast its voice, character, and personality. I think you are all doing very well.

If you guys are becoming serious about the podcast- you should listen to a few talk shows and morning radio shows for little cues that help tie things together- some things that may *seem* redundant or unnecessary can be very valuable, such as little catch phrases when shifting from one topic to another- for example the news, or the thread is the week. When introduced, add a short 5 second blurb that is constant eery show. "Thread of the week- where we bring you what's hip, happening, and hot!". Stuff like this can seem cheesy, but it has a very powerful organizational effect. Just food for thought based on the current discussion

Great ^_^. I understand that getting everyone together at the same time can be difficult; and I've already received an inquiring pm from one of your podcast members about another topic, so perhaps we can gather a couple subjects, and focus one one at a time and spread then out some. It might work best for one or two people to gather all the questions you all have, if not everypony can be present at once too.

That sounds lovely- and a little bit scary haha! Perhaps I can work something out if I can get a microphone that will do the trick. If not that specifically, I would be more than happy to sit down at a time that works for you guys and do a QandA session about the topic, and/or others. Lets talk, and see what we come up with

Just wanted to throw in a few vital corrections about the Heart of Equestria bit: 1) Heart of Equestria would be its own RP setting and world, but very much a part of Canterlot.com. It would not be a new site, just a new RP world and setting to RP in. 2) The number system is a working concept, there is no gaurantee of how we are going to work that system. Its just a consideration! 3) Heart of Equestria is a survival RP Event- set in a darker setting that will allow for a lot of different elements we havnt been able to incorporate into the Mane RP- more dramatic and edgy; basically allowing for misfortune, and corruption in a world that basically had none. Combat, theives, pirates, these types of things will be accessible in this new type of roleplay. It sounds like a few things got mixed up or confused before making it to the podcast- but if your interested in more coverage about the event, its possible I can have a private session with you guys and fill you in- I certainly want to make sure that you all have the correct information if your going to highlight it :'}

Talking to the wildlife in the forest is alright- but there is a little mis-match with show cannon here. A lot of the creatures in Everfree forest are outside of the ponies' magic and influence, much like the weather is there. Being able to communicate with the timber wolves should be alright; but the wolves probably would understand what your OC is saying through how your OC says it, tone of voice, and body gestures. The actions of the wolves are also what your OC would have to interpret to understand them. I am a bit concerned about this ability- because having this ability wont allow you to 'control' timberwolves like they obey your character- that would be like apping a whole pack of wolves. I think you should stick to having their trust, and being able to understand them; but I definetly think your OC needs to be able to function in the pony world without the wolves as well. Your application also has quite a few spelling and grammatical errors, i'm certain a RP Helper or user could help you with that if you ask them kindly.I I'd like to see you make a few changes before this application gets a final approval- but your very close!

As long as her ability is kept in check so that she doesnt create anything too world-breaking, this is certainly an acceptable, and admirable, line of work for a pony.

I would like a little more depth on the cutie mark story- i'm curious if shooting stars' desire to understand the world and heavens is somehow tied into his desire to understand the actions and/or find his father. Parts of it seem like it could be fleshed out (like how did he get the attention of leading astronomers to recognize a new star, and how did shooting star know it was a star that hadnt been catelogued?) I think these are places you should look at expanding into as you enter into the RP, but aside form that, approved!

Just to be very clear so there is no confusion; all pegasi share the same abilities to control the weather- rainbowdash's ability to leave a rainbow trail is both because she has rainbow hair that blurs behind her, and the sonic rainboom. I think its okay that snowy can fly and manipulate clouds, or perhaps the density of the air around her to cause snow; but its not something that should be 'unique' to her like a special ability- its only special to her in the way that she is particularily good at doing it; but not the only one who "could" per se. This helps keep away the 'superhero' mentality; but rather that all ponies are very much the same, but excel at different talents of their choice, and sometimes, chance of nature.

very very beautiful execution of the style, and a very fun crossover- actually its more of a re-imagining using the cast of MLP than it is a crossover. Very cool- looking forward to seeing what you come up with :3
