I just tried to make a blog on the site, and after making the first entry, I had a similar problem to Mojo, in the "Blog Problem" thread. To quote a certain clever pony, "I just don't know what went wrong!" I honestly don't know what I might've done to mess it up. I posted a link to my Tumblr; was that it? If anyone knows how/why this error happens, I know I would appreciate any explanation, so it can be avoided in the future. Thank you.

Well, there seems to be a distinctive lack of interest in Ask Brave Shield. It'll stay up, just in case, but I'm having another idea... How about a visitor-input-adventure blog, like Moonstuck, only starring Gilda (or perhaps somepony else...maybe a whole party of characters) in a high adventure setting? Suggestions can be made about what the character(s) should do as they face untold dangers and adventures! Could be fun...if anyone actually cares. Seriously, does anypony out there have advice on attracting attention to a Tumblr blog if they don't have super-awesome photoshop skills (as in Ask Hotblooded Pinkie Pie) or generous NSFW content (a la Ask Princess Molestia)?

I've read lots of stuff, but I have also started some things and neglected to finish them! In addition to the books I already mentioned, I'm also an old fan of the Redwall series (R.I.P. Brian Jaques ), the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice, and the various books based off of Dungeons and Dragons, such as the Tales of the Lance and the adventures of Drizzt Do'Urden. I'm also working through the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri.I like a lot of different things. To quote Dante: "I cannot all of them pourtray in full, Because so drives me onward the long theme, That many times the word comes short of fact." ~Inferno, Canto IV, lines 145-147

I don't think the changelings are truly evil. They feed off of positive emotion, draining vital essence from their "victim", which we would of course see as evil, but they can hardly be faulted for it. Since we don't really see any changelings eat anything else, we can likely assume that their bodies require this emotional nourishment to live. All they were doing by attacking Canterlot was trying to gain a stable food source. Depending on how often they need to feed, a lot of the changelings that were expelled over the horizon by Shining Armor and Cadence may be in serious trouble if there aren't any ponies or other "loving" creatures around where they landed. Not sure if I'm an apologist, per say, but I think there could possibly be a way for the ponies and changelings to live in peace with each other. I mean, all they need is love, right?

Technically, I think Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy's eating of the "MMMM" while it was in transit was equivalent to vandalism or willful destruction of property. Also, I love, love, love the girl, but putting Derpy in charge of anything heavy (pianos, etc.) is almost tantamout to reckless endangerment of everypony around her.

Don't get your hopes too high; it doesn't explain as much as you'd think.

I actually anticipated that question being posed to Brave Shield and have an..."answer" prepared.

A couple of these answers are technically wrong. First, Gummy isn't really a guest at Pinkie's party, since it's for him. I suppose he is the guest of honor, though. Also, the last answer is incorrect. Luna is best pony.

Okay, I submitted my one pony-related fanart picture (aside from my avatar, which I have in about four different sizes). I accidentally submitted it twice, since I didn't catch the notice that it would need to be approved before it would be put up. Oh, well. Check in on my gallery if you want to see if it's there.

I do want to get that scanner working, since I've been inspired to make one of those "Ask~" tumblr blogs, depicting one of my OC's, Brave Shield. Anypony out there interested in asking questions of a (retired) member of the Canterlot Royal Guard?

For now, I only have a picture (which I already scanned) of one of my RP characters, which I use as an avatar on a different site... It's not very big, so I'm not sure it's worth posting here.

Not bad, but not so much a remix as adding extra music to the background. Still, it does sound jazzier, I won't argue that.

That Welcome song of Pinkie's is the one I always forget about. Even she admits it's a "random song out of nowhere"!

"Howl's Moving Castle" is by Diana Wynne Jones (and was adapted into a fantastic anime movie by Hayao Miyazaki), "Fangs of K'aath" is by Paul Kidd, and "The Fellowship of the Ring" is the first book in the "Lord of the Rings" series by J.R.R. Tolkein (you may have heard of the movies). I would love to share my art with everypony, but my scanner won't work. I've got to either find the software disc that goes with it or buy a new scanner.

For best effect, stand just within sight, like partially behind a tree or just beyond the light of a lamppost. Nice costume, and scary as heck against the right people!
