1. Well, I've been to a 300 person con, and a 1200 person con, and in the middle of those I went to the 50,000 Emerald City Comicon. The smaller ones are pretty much the same. If you see a VA, feel free to wave or something, but they'll likely be with a liaison and/or security and on their way somewhere. However, if they're walking through the vendor hall or something, and just appear to be browsing, try not to bother them. I know at Everfree Northwest, many of the talent went to check out the vendor hall or Traveling Pony Museum, but they were always with a staff member. They have signing times for a reason, so if you want to talk to them for a couple minutes, save it for that. Don't go asking for hugs or junk like that, there is a time for that and the time is when they are signing autographs.

Basically, just use common sense, and treat people how you'd like to be treated if you were in their situation.

  2. Well, a friend and I once came up with a parody of sorts for the song Roxie from Chicago, but instead it was Trixie, and the lyrics were change up quite a bit. It fit really well.

    Another thing I liked was

, which pitted two character's against each other in a rap battle.

So my ideas are parodies and rap battles.

  3. Chest still heaving, Princess Luna kept her mouth closed so as to not pant rudely. This forced several deep breaths through her nostrils, and also kept her from saying anything for several moments after her initial greeting. She observed the offerings of the room, namely the food and drink, along with the two empty places still unoccupied. Well, at least she'd arrived before their company, even if she was still sore about not being punctual.

“Much obliged, Celestia.” she gave a nod, smiling at her sister, before serving herself a couple pastries and a decent cup of caffeine—or rather, coffee. She lifted it to her lips, taking in a long, slow breath through her nose, allowing the scent to fill her and relax her mind, before actually sipping it. Then, after setting it down, she took a dainty bite of the confection, and was finally ready and relaxed.

She grinned fondly at her niece, hearing the obvious excitement in her voice. ”It's a pleasure to see you as well. I'm glad you could make it. I'm sure this will be an occasion to remember.” Cadance's attitude shouldn't have surprised her, though, this really being the first time Cadance was involved in something of this caliber. But she humored her, nonetheless.

”And indeed it is. Considering where and how this particular piece was found, there is a high probability that it is legitimate.” There were frequently those who brought fourth supposed items that were lost to history, looking for some large sum in exchange, or perhaps hoping to get into the good graces of the hierarchy. So when everything actually checked out, and a pony made it to the point where the princesses would entertain the possibility of their findings being valid, there was a greater likelihood that the object was not, in fact, a fake. But Luna was not the type to sugarcoat things, so of course she did not hide her skepticism from the younger princess.

  4. ”While I admire your persistence, Ice Storm, I am not certain all of our schedules would line up properly for regular meetings. You have work, and Fire Heart and Moon Dancer both have their studies. I myself must watch over the night and the world of dreams in times of trouble. Not to mention, you personally don't even reside in Canterlot. It would be nice, I just don't know that it's feasible.” The princess ran an absentminded hoof around the edge of her cup as she considered what it would take for the four of them to get together on a frequent basis.

Luna listened as Fire Heart delved into some of her experiences. “Well, you don't get to be a few thousand years old without learning a thing or two about ponies.” she smiled. ”And I'm sure that there is somepony out there who loves you for who you are—in fact, I know there is. We're all here, right?” she gestured around the table. Sure, it wasn't likely that the other two parties were interested in Fire Heart as a mate, but they liked her, flaws and all, as a friend. A lover would just as well.

”Oh, you're very welcome.” The princess giggled fondly. She may have been viewed as some kind of expert or all-knowing being, or some wise pony, but truthfully she was just good at helping ponies see the obvious, and bring out the best in themselves. What they took from her words of wisdom was all up to each pony.

She was listening attentively to what Moon Dancer had to say, the same as she had been listening to everypony else. But at the slight mention of her former alter ego, her smile faded instantly, and she raised a brow in curiosity as to what the white mare might say. But she was quick to correct herself, and Luna relaxed. After her first Nightmare Night in Ponyville, she'd been struggling to embrace the persona. But normally, most ponies would steer clear of the subject altogether when she was present. Luna was certainly grateful for that.
