Mane/Tail/Other: Her mane and tail are both jet black,with a darker blue highlight, her mane is short and cut in a sort of bob that comes to about her cheeks, her bangs are the same blue as the highlight in her tail, and she has the section that's highlighted in a braid, her tail is medium length and has a slight wave to it.

Physique: Sturdy and strong, with a slender build to cause ease of flight.

History: Phoenix was born to two bigwig defense attorneys who had started off as rivals! Her mother Sharp Justice was originally a prosecutor that had a rather bitter Rivalry with her father Dashing Deceptions, a very highly praised defense attorney! The two realized how in love they were when they did a case involving a rather serious crime, realizing her client was /lying/ to her Sharp Justice teamed up with Dashing Deception and they exposed the truth! Shortly after she became a defense attorney and the two opened a partnership together, and that soon became whirlwind romance.

When Phoenix was born her Mother cooed that she saw such fire in those blue eyes! And her mane and tail were really fluffy and puffy so her dad joked they should name her Phoenix down, like the softness of a baby birds first feathers, hearing the name she giggled and clapped her hooves eagerly, making them decide right then and there that was what her name would indeed be!

Phoenix growing up at her parents knees was always involved in the court process, maybe not actively but she was still a presence, listening to her parents take notes, and coach each other, and sometimes sitting in on trials if they weren't too extreme for little ears!

She soon developed a deep love of justice and getting the truth out that her parents did! And worked hard to study in school so she could one day go to law school!

Though she was very bright and KNEW what she wanted to do, that stubborn cutie mark just WOULDN'T appear! It was a constant source of frustration for the poor filly! One day the class was assigned a test that was a real big one! It was hard and Phoenix poured her heart out on the books, reading and studying, and did her best! Beaming as she revealed that she got a 100%! However she glanced the paper over again and noticed 1: that she actually had gotten two questions wrong and the teacher hadn't noticed, and 2: she had misspelled a few words that also had gone unnoticed!

What was a poor filly to do!? She had worked hard, and a stubborn part of her thought So what if I didn't REALLY earn it!? I studied hard and the teacher didn't even notice...

She tried to justify it in her head but she knew in her heart that this wasn't right,So with a heavy heart she returned to the teacher and pointed out the mistakes the busy teacher had accidentally overlooked. The teacher was baffled and asked her why she had shown it to him when he wouldn't have ever known?! Phoenix just shifted and pushed up her glasses.

"I'd rather lose with the truth than win with a lie"

The teacher admired her honesty and told her that he hoped one day she would use that good sense of right and wrong to lead her to great things, and in that moment, in her heart of hearts she knew that's what she wanted to do, for nopony else would have her sense of fairness and truth! And with a FLASH! Her cutie mark appeared on her flank! Symbolizing her passion for her chosen career, and her burning desire for the truth.

After going to law school,doing awesome (though occasionally procrastinating to the last minute, nearly flunked a class by waiting too long to do a paper) She did graduate with honors moving on shortly after to be a defense attorney! Battling injustice and finding the truth in every case! Doing her best to see that the innocent never suffered the misdeeds of a liar.

The work however was getting stressful, she had her own law firm now and couldn't quite handle all the paperwork! Through the grapevine she heard of a young and upcoming Attorney named Robikku Pegasus and she was more than eager to give the boy a chance!

After seeing examples of his work she offered to take him under her wing and have him be her assistant and co owner of her law firm, Robikku was elated to get this opportunity and Phoenix Robikku CO was born!

Character Summary: Phoenix is a bright and sharp witted mare, with a level head that on occasion gets hot under the collar! Constantly driven to do the right thing, and to get the truth she excels at her job due to her passion. However she is very slow on modern slang, tends to take things too literally, and sometimes really doesn't know when to let something go, especially if she feels she's been slighted in any way. Tending to hold a grudge for a while, though is pretty quick to drop it if she feels the person is sincere in their apology, or if it was simply an accident. If not motivated she will procrastinate to the max, and tries to avoid anything that involves paperwork "That's what I got my assistant fooor" is her cry when paperwork get's mentioned.

Phoenix has a deep love for books, a good game of chess, and a well brewed cup of coffee ; Not really the adventuring sort she does often find herself unable to tell somepony no and ends up going along with their shenanigans due to a sad look, or a heart felt plea. She has a love of parties, Hearts Warming eve is one of her biggest and most favorite of holidays so she can show off her second talent! Cooking! Yes she loves to prepare huge, elaborate feasts to stuff her guests to bursting! A very honest mare that always tells you what's on her mind, even when she really could gentle it a little outside of the court room, and in her youth she had a habit of making snappy, rude replies to a prosecutor during trial, however she has long ended that habit (though can slip on occasion and does quickly apologize.

She used to lose her cases when she was young and hot headed, due to letting herself get distracted with bickering with the prosecution, but now that she is older, and has been around the block a few times, she feels she is finally living up to both her parent's history as well as blazing her own trai,

Since this is your first app I really think you should try free for all first and get a feel of your characters, also you might want to read some other accepted applications, as it stands we can't accept this OC at this time as she really doesn't fit the requirements to be an OC Wonderbolt. We expect a certain level from those kinds of applications, and for a first timer it might be too daunting a task.

If you made her not be a wonderbolt, and simply striving to be a wonderbolt that's something we can work with, but her being a wonderbolt isn't an option unless this Application does a heavy re-write.

. She had to travel to all of the mane 6 to find out more of the history of magic. The last star, the yellow one stands for bravery. She had to be brave enough to apply for the wonderbolts academy. After she did this she got accepted and now is a wonderbolt.

You need to remove the mane six from your application, no past histories with cast characters are allowed I'm afraid, and to put it bluntly your character feels like a Rainbow Dash clone, She's a wonderbolt, traveled with the Mane Six, isn't wing Pony anymore, and just applied to the academy and got accepted and is instantly a wonderbolt?

No that's not how cutie marks work, She needs to be a youngster when that happens, and they wouldn't let her go off traveling OR apply for the wonderbolts at that age.

You need to not think big, grand , awesome OC, you need to think about a pony that is a Wonderbolt through hard work and dedication.

Also you need to remove the obvious gender discrimination! They would not mock or ridicule her for looking like a boy

I suggest you try to scale this back, while expanding her summary AND history, it's quite frankly way too short for CC and needs expanded upon greatly

Physique: Lemon is a farming pony! Strong legs,strong back, and can hold her own!She is very slightly on the petite size though, but her size has nothing to do with her strenght! She brags she can do the work of two!

Residence: New resident to Ponyville, she left Solstic Heights to come to a new opportunity on her own, away from her families established farm, she lives just outside the town, not too far from it, she can see the city from her window!

History: Lemon Wedge was born on a crisp summer morning, her Mother Lemon Curd and Father Cottage Cheese were very happy to have a new addition to their family! She was so lemon yellow that they named her Lemon Wedge! Lemon Wedge was born to a family of proud earth ponies with a long history of farming, but meeting her Grandpa Sour Squeeze she realized that some of her family (on her fathers side) were unicorns like herself!

Lemon's family had a small fruit farm on Solstice Heights soil, and Lemon went to class every day! She was a good student but was a little too competitive, and had a tendency to brag and rub her achievements in other ponies faces. One day when she wasn't that old, her Pa decided she needed to learn the meanings of hard work, and set aside a few acres of his orchards for her to be her responsibility! It was a small patch of lemon trees, he told her if she tended to them and harvested the fruit all by herself she could keep every single bit from selling them at the market!

At first Lemon did this grudgingly, she really didn't like having to do this all by herself, and a few weeks into it she was sore and frustrated from dragging water, pruning leaves, and keeping it weed free, that her dad sat down by her and pat her shoulder.. "Sweetie, Ah'll help you if you want" Her Pa offered kindly,the filly ALMOST gave in and accepted the help... but something inside her twisted! The filly got up and huffed "NO! I can do the work of two fillies! I can do it myself!" And never again did she cry, or mope about doing the job!

Come Harvest Season she had grown to adore tending to her lemon trees! And she harvested 5 big bushels of Lemons for her efforts! Lemon celebrated her success by making a big pitcher of lemonade and sharing it with her family! She felt a twinge and glanced down, squealing in delight! Her CUTIE MARK had appeared! The Lemonade glass symbolizing both her hard work, and her enjoyment in sharing the fruits of her labor.

As time went on Lemon soon controlled the whole part of the orchard that housed her Lemon trees! Producing some of the best fruits in Solstic Heights (she'll brag anyways, the truth in that statement is questionable). Now she's starting a new chapter of her life! With the help of her family she uprooted a few of her trees and moved to the small town of Ponyville, it was just the place for a young mare starting out on her own farm! The soil was very fertile, and the community was supposedly very friendly! Lemon Wedge looks forward to her new life in a new town, on her own for the very first time!

Character Summary: Lemon Wedge is a complex individual like a well made glass of lemonade! It seems so simple, but it's a struggle between sweet and sour! In a way lemonade is the perfect analogy for her personality as she seems to have both a sweet nature, and a rather sour one!

She can be a very kind, hard working, generous soul that will give you the vest off her back! Very determined to always give 200% in everything she does and won't quit till the job is done and done RIGHT! Very playful, and loves to watch and fuss over youngsters, and very respectful and kind to every pony she meets...

But on the flip side Lemon is also very boastful, very stubborn, and can be very blunt and hurtful with her words at times, she has a very poor brain to mouth filter, and will spurt off whatever she's thinking without thinking how her words will affect those around her at times. She refuses help, and boasts still that she can do the work of two! Lemon relies mostly on her own physical strength, but she uses her magic (which glows the same blue as her highlights) for common household tasks, cooking, cleaning, and such! Her best spell is one that cuts fruit perfectly in half for her, and acts in the place of a cooking knife, she believes her spell cuts the PERFECT lemon slices every single time!

Mostly though she is insecure about being in a new town, all alone, and doing her very first year of farm work solo, she is compensating for inexperience with a heaping cup of attitude and sass, hopefully in time (and with a good friend or two to steer her in the right lane) she will be a very successful mare!

I just need to check up one thing that i had issues with last time involving the bat-winged Lunar Guards. I don't remember what was said, but i wanna relearn what it was before i make her ready
