  1. Moonbeam was a bit hesitant, but the unicorn ran off and the pegasus told him to follow, "What should I do?" Moonbeam thought. "I'm coming," he said and turned to follow the pegasus
  2. "Wait don't go," Moonbeam said to the fleeing Pegasus. "Ma'am, would you care to explain why you were eavesdropping on us?" Moonbeam questioned the other unicorn
  3. "Thanks a lot, it'll be a big help to everyone around. Oh, and if you need any help let me know and I'll do what I can." Moonbeam said, allowing the pegasus to continue along his way.
  4. "Look out!" Moonbeam said as small amounts of rubble began falling from above them. Moonbeam looked up to see somepony on the roof staring down at them. "You may want to be careful, it appears that isnt as sturdy as you had hoped. And also that we may be more vigilant than you had expected!" Moonbeam said, lashing out at this eavesdropper
  5. "It looks like were going to need an indoor farm, a greenhouse of sorts, to grow food and herbs during the winter. I'm no carpenter, but I believe you may be just the pony we need to get this thing built." Moonbeam said, trying to encourage Stormchaser
  6. "Pardon me," he spoke to this new pegasus. "Did you want something earlier, I'd love to help if I can. That is, if you'd let me." He said, not wanting to be to overbearing
  7. "Nice," Moonbeam replied. "I hope I didn't insult you, I have the highest faith the you can cultivate these." Moonbeam began to explain the list to Dust Storm, explaining in short detail what each herb was good for, be it for colds, fever, bellyache, and the like. "I don't think many of these favor well in the cold though, so we may need that indoor farm you mentioned. I'll help in any way of course," Moonbeam said. "Stormchaser!" Moonbeam called. "I think we may all need your help."
  8. Moonbeam's eyes flicked over to the side for a second, "must have been nothing," he thought. "I'm sorry m'lady, but I have to go. Perhaps I'll stop by later," he said to Hibiscus. Moonbeam left the cafe and looked down the streets, "I guess it really was nothing." (I'd be glad to have you, so I don't see why not)
  9. "Dust storm is it?" Moonbeam asked of the farmer pony. "Do you know how to grow any of these herbs," Moonbeam held up a list with magic, "for the upcoming winter we're going to need plenty of these to prevent infection and sickness. I hope that isn't going to be a problem," Moonbeam said trying not to sound overbearing but still trying to get across how important these herbs were.
  10. Moonbeam was glad to be at Sugarcube Corner. It had been a while since he had last been there, was it a carrot cake cupcake he had last? "I'll take one of the apple cinnamon cupcakes this time," he said to the pink pony behind the counter. "Is anypony else expected to show up, or is this the extent of our group Windshear?" Moonbeam asked, unwrapping the cupcake with his magic
  11. "My name is Moonbeam, Ancient Moonbeam," he bowed. "I am glad that you have chosen me to go on this adventure, and I hope to be of service." Moonbeam looked around at the other ponies nearby, "I'm glad to see we already have a small group together, it'll be easier that way." Moonbeam smiled, glad to finally be part of a group again, and glad to share an adventure with these ponies.
  12. "Pardon me, but are you the pony that has been selling flowers all day?" Moonbeam asked. "You see, my talent is the manipulation of light and particles. I was wondering if perhaps you would like to help me out with a little experiment. All I would need is a few of your flowers." Moonbeam smiled, and then saw the waiter headed towards the two of them with Hibiscus' sandwich. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you on lunch. Should I come back later?" Moonbeam asked, slightly embarrassed that he had overlooked such a simple detail.
  13. "Pardon me, would any of you happen to be called Windshear? I got this letter and thought I had seen him run off in this direction." Moonbeam asked as he approached the group of ponies in the marketplace.
  14. Moonbeam watched as the two pegasi headed off into the woods, "I do hope they dont get into any trouble, but I should check my supplies as well." He walked over to where the medical equipment was. Gauze, syringes, slings, all the trauma equipment was here. "I'll have to go to the forest with somepony to start gathering herbs soon."
  15. Moonbeam looked up from his studies and turned to the door, "That's odd," he thought. "Somepony ought to knock, if they hadn't been so loud running off I mightn't have realized until much later." Moonbeam got up, shut his book and trotted over to the letter. "What? My talents...needed? Well surely there isn't much I can do, the manipulation of light and particles isn't that much. Then again, I haven't been on a good adventure for quite some time." Moonbeam began gathering his items, a little food, some canteens, and a crystal. "Never thought I'd see you again old friend," he said as he slipped the crystal into one of the pockets in the bag. With all his equipment set he went outside to find this "windshear" who so requested his help. Seeing somepony fallen in the distance Moonbeam decided to go and offer help before beginning his search.
  16. Moonbeam moved closer to the center of the group, "I'm afraid I can't be of much help then. Not yet anyways. But I warn you all in construction, please be careful. I may know how to heal, but that doesn't mean I'd like to." Moonbeam ended on a more stern note. His knowledge of medicine was good, great even, but he hated having lives on the line. "But should anyone feel sick or anything like that let me know, I'll be more than glad to help," Moonbeam ended with a smile, hopefully this would be a place they could all thrive.
  17. If at all possible I would like this to go through and to be completed, if everything is up and according to code. But how would I move it to the FFA section?
  18. Hows that? And if I may what does keeping it open entail?
  19. Roleplay Type: FFA Name: Ancient Moonbeam Sex: Male Age: Young Stallion Species: Unicorn Eye colour: Salmon Coat: Light Brown Mane/Tail: Darker brown with a burgundy stripe in the mane and a burnt orange stripe in the tail. Hairstyle is rough without much care as to the actual style other than short, however the tail is more well kept and straight. Physique: He is lithe and quick on his feet. While lacking in muscle he is quicker than most, choosing to rely on magic and strategy rather than muscle and power. Residence: Occupation: A scientist/experimantalist who want to find out how his world works with and without magic Cutie Mark: A golden laurel, showing not only ability but the ability to overcome anything with camaraderie History: Born to two Earth ponies in the outskirts of Stalliongrad Moonbeam grew up longing to explore the heavens above him. At night he would gaze at the stars and just imagine how they got there and what they were, the old ponies told him they were ancestors who did great things and earned a place in the heavens, but while that was a great thought Moonbeam couldn't quite believe them. It wasn't until his early schooling that Moonbeam found he had quite a love of science, it helped explain more than just the planet, but the heavens above as well. Moonbeam was determined to be a scientist, and worked day and night to become just that. However, his parents weren't very schooled so they were of little help to study, but they loved him dearly. As he became older he had to help on the farm as well, balance school, and sometimes end disputes with the nearby Diamond Dog settlements over territory. Moonbeam's schooling soon took a turn for the worst and his greatest dreams seemed to be failing him. Moonbeam, begining to worry about his grades and schooling began to look everywhere for help, and it came in the form of a much older pegasus, named Bastion. Bastion had been in the army for some time and had also developed a unique form of fighting specially for pegasi. On a chilly night Moonbeam nearly became overwhelmed by Diamond dogs but fought on until help arrived, tired and worn Moonbeam was taken back by Bastion who praised him for his efforts. Soon afterword Moonbeam became Bastion's apprentice learning about discipline, order, and a little bit of fighting. The lessons continued and Moonbeam became better adept to dealing with other ponies, forming groups for study and fellowship. When the final graduation exam came Moonbeam and his group were able to all graduate, having the highest graduation from his school yet. Upon the news Moonbeam's cutie mark finally came in the form of a golden laurel, showing his ability to overcome obstacles with the help of his friends. Moonbeam now hopes to persue his dreams of science around the country and is currently studying in and around Canterlot. Character Summary: Moonbeam much prefers to think things through before acting, and if at all possible plan for strategies before the events themselves. Under Bastion, Moonbeam learned how to fight with a fluid manner but can't take much. His magic is light based, being able to manipulate it as such but he hopes to soon learn how to manipulate the particles he has heard so much about. Ever the intellectual he takes any opportunity he can to use his higer levels of vocabulary, but would never intend to insult somebody. He enjoys group activities and working together, but will sometimes try to bring the group up to his speed if they are dragging.
