Even though crossover applications aren't as strict, it could be worked on.This is an application, not an RP post, so you should be able to say what his face looks like and his eye color is without taking away the fact that it has rarely been seen.. You could just add that no pony has seen his face before. Since there is a map of Equestria already posted up here, there really is no place for an unknown state in Equestria. Even if it is crossover, he should either live in Equestria or another place. If he does live in Equestria, it has been shown that every state has already been discovered. Well, that's what I think, so you should ask the mods if he can come from an unknown area.Perhaps you could go a bit deeper into the "horrible past behind him". This seems to be an interesting topic that could really strengthen his application, and could also work for his history.You could also explain how he got into animation. How did he find out about it? What does he currently do with his skills in animation currently? How does he make his money? Does he incorporate his imagination into his work?What motivates him to start a new life in Equestria? What keeps him on his feet everyday? What inspires him to keep going and start a new life in Equestria?How exactly does he avenge other ponies? Again, since this is not an RP post, most of this info shouldn't really be unknown. You can explain this info in the application, but know that other RP characters will not know this info in RP unless you tell them through the RP.Maybe you could also explain how he got near the bomb that was set up and exploded. Remember that acquiring a cutie mark is an important part of a pony's life. The mask may have been important in his life, but how is it a special talent? How is it a special talent of his, or a passion?By answering these questions, I think this could become an amazing application. Mars, Oz, Ooo, Mobius... it doesn't really matter.
