Why, Hello!

Alright, so let's begin, with a little bit of a history lesson. (Fun right ) During the events of "A Canterlot wedding" an eccentric pony by the name of [Placeholder] Cyan. Decided that he could make a ton of bits by building the most safe and most advanced city in Equestria. 5 years later it seemed he had succeeded in his endeavor. That is, the pony had built a huge underwater city. He invited many of the greatest minds the land had to offer. Artists, scientists, actors, architects, even military officers flocked to this supposed safe haven. Years past, advances were made, miracles were created, locations were forgotten, lives were lost. Excuses were made, ponies were blamed, cover-ups were put in place. And in the end Equestria forgot about Rapture.

THE CITY OF RAPTURE

During your stay in Rapture you'll need to have a bit of an idea of, well what Rapture actually is.

DESCRIPION: Rapture was a very modern city... Decades ago it features late 50's early 60's feeling Decor. (Just go with it ) The entire city is, for lack of a better phrase, in disrepair. Nobody really fixes anything, except those who have Really lost it. Leaks, rust, and dark places are common.

Description: To quote Mr. Cyan himself: "Just another Earth pony, looking for a fix. This class of Splicer will ATTACK YOU, with their BARE HOOVES. While not very dangerous alone, large groups MAY CAUSE A FRACUS.

(which by the way have been genetically enhanced ) They are usually seen TRAVELING WITH GROUPS of lower class splicers.

History: Balance grew up in the middle class of Canterlot, and recently graduated law school, and became a criminal prosecutor. When he was young, before he got his cutie mark, he visited the Canterlot Gardens, fainted at Discord's statue. Discord, being bored, cursed him with dissociative identity disorder, though it's not that serious, and he's kept it secret for years.

Personality: Despite having a serious job, he isn't very serious. He can be sarcastic, he's easy to crack up, and he is good at solving problems. He became a criminal prosecutor to not just find real criminals, but help innocent people to not be accused. His second persona causes him to be indesisive, and can give him headaches. He doesn't realize, though, that his second persona is the reason he isn't going mad, and why he's almost never failed tests over the years.

History: When His mother Was pregnant with him Scientists Paid her A Enormous amount of money to do Genetic Experiments on her and when he was born his wings Were Dragon wings sadly his mother did not survive the birth and his father Pulled him out of the program they moved to Cloudsdale where he went to flight school where he was Ridiculed and called names by his peers for all of Flight School after he doned his cloak and fled shortly after graduating and now he travels the world wondering where he belongs

Personality: Timid and Shy due to all the ridacule he is also Mired in self loathing

He dropped out of highschool when he could, and because most of his family ignores him, he supports himself, though doesn't live nearly as spoiled as when he was young.

Personality: Knight has two personalities, depending on who he's talking to. To men, he's in 'normal mode', in which he has a Manehattan (New York) accent, likes pranks, speaks pervertedly, and can be competitive. When talking to women, he goes into 'gentleman mode', where he goes to his family Canterlot (British) accent, tries his best to be nice, can get show-offy, and in the right times, will make 'the move' (If you catch my drift ). He can be claustrophobic, and although he's not a hater, coltcuddlers make him uncomfortable. He's also rather stupid.

History: Born in Canterlot, father was Guard Captain and mother was model. Father died in fight with Griffons when Horizon was young, and mother fell into depression and fled, leaving Horizon in an orphanage. Was discovered to be able to preform perfect telekinesis spells, and was fairly good at healing and personal/small barriers. Was given entry to Celestia's school for Gifted unicorns, and excelled as second in the class. Gained cutie mark when he discovered he could launch beams of directed magic at people and saved a woman. Finished school and joined the Royal Guard, but succeeded enough to be noticed by Celestia and joined her Special Forces. He was sent personally by Celestia to investigate missing sailors in the ocean.

Personality: Mostly quiet, but friendly when needed. Mostly keeps to himself, but assumes leadership if needed. Puts others safety above own. Is usually serious, and has an occasionally dark sense of humour.
