Lux Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 This is for you artistic ponies who use GIMP.One of the things I'm trying to do is put text on some of my art. Now, I know there's a text tool that can allow me to type right on the art and it will show up. The problem is when I type in the text area, there is nothing. I tried fixing the fonts and making sure the color was ok, but nothing seems to work.So those more artistially inclined, please help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm tired of my deplorable hand writing and I refuse to ever open Photoshop Elements ever again.Are you making sure the text is on the top layer?
