Courageous- The Honor of a Father

Okay, I'm not sure if anyone has seen this movie, so for those of you who haven't seen Courageous, it is about a group of police officers, who are also fathers, and how they decide that they would be better and more honorable Fathers, while fighting gangs at the same time. They form a Resolution to guide their families, which reads like this:

[colour=#333333]I WILL pray for others and treat them with kindness, respect, and compassion.[/colour]

[colour=#333333]I WILL learn from my mistakes, repent of my sins, and walk with integrity as a man answerable to God.[/colour]

[colour=#333333]I WILL seek to honor God, be faithful to His church, obey His Word, and do His will.[/colour]

[colour=#333333]I WILL courageously work with the strength God provides to fulfill this resolution for the rest of my life and for His glory.[/colour]

Why? Because it is out of courtesy that I bear in mind that there are folks who are more sensitive than others, while others just laugh at a situation that folks should truly be solemn in.[/colour]

[colour=#333333]Anyhoodle, I am looking for a few ideas that would make this movie less saddening, but still carry out the same message in our RP. [/colour]
