Managing Romantic Counsel...

It's a simple thought;

Heart Line is a romantic counsellor.

So naturally, he would help ponies.

Normally, this would warrant a thread about his office ala so-many-others, but romantic counsel is a bit of a touchy area it seems; so I figured I'd ask here for opinions on how to actually manage it as well as perform a basic interest gauge.

As it stands for managing it, I have a few ideas but most boil down to either ensuring it keeps to the basic topics or having it performed through letters and such.

Sounds interesting. I have a unicorn named Heart Healer http://www.canterlot.com/topic/9391-heart-healer-final/ who counsels ponies on a variety of things, romance being part of it. She does so by traditional psychology means, counseling ponies one on one.
