Something with thicker lines that goes better with the outline. I would say "Celestia Medium" as the unofficial "pony" inspired font, or you can buy the official one, known as Generation B. And now...reblogged from Tumblr...Relax, sit down and let me tell you a story...The Kingdom of Aria has stood the test of time, weathered every storm and flourished in the endless time of peace. Ponies of all types come and go, watched over and protected by the unseen light of the Crystal Fountain. This magical spring gushed forth raw mana into the sky, invigorating everything around it and promoting happiness and love. The kingdom’s capital city of Scion is built around it, the town forever bathed in the pearly light of the shimmering mana stream.And yet this time of prosperity was not meant to last. What brought an end to this? A vast enemy? A coup-d’etat? No…simply curiosity. A great unicorn known as Nebula had studied all his life to unravel the mystery of the Crystal Fountain. What started as curiosity turned quickly to obsession and then to blindness. His experiments ran unchecked and before long an event known only as the Shattering occurred.The Fountain faltered, its mana stream fading to nothing before the fountain itself splintered into fragments and was scattered to the four corners of the world. What was left in its place? Hatred, fear, cruelty and malice. Nopony can remember how many fell that first day but the city of Scion was completely engulfed in darkness. What rose from that dark day is a race of beings known only as the Shades. Wisp like entities that can vanish without a trace and float straight through walls. They had the power to impersonate anypony, spreading lies, deceit and hatred amongst the previously peaceful citizens of Aria. As the feelings of mistrust grew ponies themselves fell under the power of the Shades, corrupted from their skin to their very hearts. Civil war quickly broke out and the kingdom was lost.Or so it would have had it not been for the actions of one pony. Standing alone against the coming night he pushed the forces of darkness back but at a great cost. As he lay dying those around him saw the source of his power, a tiny crystal shard hanging round his neck, a piece of the Fountain. He explained that the only way to defeat the Shades once and for all was to recover the pieces of the Fountain and take them back to their former home deep with the abyss that was once Scion.Few could even stomach the thought but a few brave souls took up the banner and forged a path against the darkness. These few ponies soon became known as Crystal Bearers, ponies of immense purity and will. They scoured the world, searching desperately for the fragments.And yet evil was never so quickly banished. The Shades were not simply content to sit back and wait. They feared the Crystal Bearers for the power they held but knew their ultimate goal. Whilst the darkness grew behind the once glorious walls of Scion a few Shades slipped past the watchers. They integrated themselves into the populace, spiders hiding in the dark waiting for the moment to strike.The ultimate fate of Aria lies at your hooves. Will you take up the banner of the Crystal Bearers and strive to push back the darkness…or will you fall to that same darkness and be forever lost?
