An app isn't strictly necessary for Crossover/FFA, however some people still might want one if there's an OOC thread for their RP, so it's always a good idea to check before you start posting.But yeah, you probably can't post because you're not part of the Roleplayers group, which requires making an app and having it approved for WoE.
