Lightning Dust and Rainbow Dash were the captains, and began picking the players. Marble was the first picked on Lightning's team. [colour=#ff0000]Wait... Is she just being friendly o-or... Pragmatic? Or is she dropping a hint that she wants to go out with more, or am I just overthinking everything? [/colour]Shaking those thoughts off, he trotted over to stand next to her. [colour=#ff0000]Hopefully it'll always be like this. Us on a team together. N-NOT THAT I THINK OF HER IN THAT WAY! [/colour]He didn't even want to admit his feelings in his mind. [colour=#ff0000]Maybe a bit in that way, but we're just friends... Right? [/colour]He facehoofed again, trying to stop himself from thinking like that. Soarin' was eventually picked to play on Lightning Dust's team with the big guy, the shy girl, Angel, and some other cadet. Soarin' gave a (seductive) glance over at Rainbow Dash, who smiled back (HOW DID YOU KNOW I WAS GONNA' DO THAT?!). He took his place next to his teamates, checking them out (not in THAT way), and noting how they'd totally beat the other team! [colour=#00ffff]"You ready team!?" [/colour]He yelled out, psyched for the game and trying to rally up his teammates. The big guy was the first to respond, before blushing and melting back into the team.

Lyria smiled and got ready to play. She looked at Angel, and smiled.

Angel smiled back at lyria "[colour=#800000]Alright, Hide your flags, And dont think ill go easy on you Flash[/colour]" He smirked as he raised his goggles that hung from his neck. Angel looked at his team. [colour=#800000]I just hope my leg doesn't get worse than how it is right now. [/colour]He thought to himself.

Flashbom gave a competitive glance to Marble, Lyria and Angel. He grabbed the flag and flew it to a Large cloud hole in the massicve rainbow waterfall, He knew that if they wwent for the flag they would have trouble with the rushing rapids. Flash landed next to His team and made note of everypony and whos team they were on.

Flashbomb nodded and pulled on his mask he had retrieved from his bed. Themagic hud flickered faintly and initiated. He got into a ready position and waited for the start. He flapped his wings with determination. [colour=#0000FF]"Youre going down." [/colour]He said from behind his mask in a playfull but competitive way.

The teams separated to hide the flags. Marble decided to take it, feeling clever that day, and hid it casually inside a nearby crevice. No more than one pony could enter without clipping their wings. Feeling well with the hiding spot, Marble flew back up with the group to discuss tactics. Meanwhile, Soarin' stayed back and was staring off in the distance to find where they were hiding the flag. Unfortunately, it was too far away for him to see a specific area, and there were ponies faking them out, but he spotted the basic areas where they would be.

Shadow had agreed to play in the game following every pony to the runway. His goggles hung loosely around his neck, their neon blue colour matching his naturally blue highlights. He was surprised when the well known wonder bolts decided to join them. He was starting to get hyped. He began to stretch and rub his muscles, then he extended his wings out flapping them as he lined up with the others. He wasn't completely paying attention but hearing his name called first by Rainbow Dash snapped him back making him blink.[colour=#0000cd] "R..really?"[/colour] He asked before trotting over to stand next to her smiling.[colour=#0000cd] "Haha, first pick, i feel a bit happy"[/colour] he grinned as the rest of the team was picked before looking to them. [colour=#0000cd]"We are up against some tough opposition, but lets show them how true Wonder Bolts play"[/colour]

Lyria trotted in place, and got ready to fly. She ruffled her feathers, and blowed her mane out of her face.

It was silent for a moment as the breeze blew around the teams. They stood like statues sataring at eachother awaiting the slightest provoktion. a instructor stood by with a starting horn. he held it up slowly, Flashbomb squinted from underneath his mask. He plotted his movements for the start. Lightning dust glared cmpetitively at Rainbowdash whom had a just as vigilant lok about her. The instructor held the horn straight up in the air. The silence seemed to draw on forever. *HONK!* The Silence was suddenly broken with the rumbling Flaps of wings and the collision of Pegesai. Flashbomb had shot back dodging a wonderbolt who had darted for him. He was surprised by his acceleration of the wonderbolt and took note of it. He shot up and over the group of Battling pegesai and scanned the area. He felt a weight hit him from below as he was tackled, He allowed himself to drop and the asailent lost its grip. He shot down and away from the enemy and pulled up flying at topspeed along the ground. The grass brushed his hooves as he flew and he could hear the opposer chasing close behind. Lightning dust and Rainbow Dash had tackled eachother and Wrestled in the air. They had spun off from the main groups and barrel rolled to the right. They struggled over and over, Fnaly Lightning dust broke free and Shot to he right and aceanded into the sky. Rainbow dash was hot on her trail, The air roared like a squadran of jets as the pegesai competed. Rainbow dash flew to catch Lightning dust,[colour=#00FFFF]"You wanna do this the hard way Lightning dust? We will do this the hard way!" [/colour]She Flew harder leaving a Rainbow trail behind her. Lightning dust was now inches out of her reach and she knew she was in trouble. She all of a sudden pulled her wings in and dove like a lawndart down to a crevace. She tucked in everything and Rushed into the tight space. She dared not untuck anything thus she could hit something on the walls. Rainbowdash stopped shrt of the crevace remembering When she clipped her wing on the wall. She growled in fustration and flew to whrere she could inercept Dust. Lightning Lane had taken a reconnocance aproach and had flown straight up. He wasnt assailed right awa which gave him the AAdvantage. He caught glimpse of something Blue Flapping in a crevace nearby. "THE BLUE TEAM'S FLAG IS THERE!" He shouted to his team. He shot after it, 2 wonderbolts doubled back keeping vigil watch over their teams flag, ready to inercept any blue team mates.

Lyria took off to protect her flag, and tackled Lightning Lane to a cloud nearby. [colour=#800080]"Not so fast boy." [/colour][colour=#000000]She smiled, and took off down to protect the flag. She rammed into anypony that come near to taking her flag that wasn't her team, and never put her wings down. She was constantly moving around the flag, eyes and ears open to any sound or motion.[/colour]

Angel took off to the opposite side of the field. He began to defend the flag. Taking anyone down who got too close, Lyria was also doing this.

Flashbomb Landed and slid, the assailant over shot him and rolled on the ground. He saw that Lyria and Angel were defending. [colour=#0000FF]"This will be fun." [/colour]He said He sprinted then flapped his wings He shot forward. Lyria was occupied with another Wonderbolt and Flash took his chance with Angel. He shot straight forward twoards him and right before he hir him he rolled to the right and shot pass him. [colour=#0000FF]"That flag is as good as mine!"[/colour] He shouted as he neared the crevace.

Lightning dust had exited the network of crevaces and Shot up to the Rainbow water fall. She was cut off by Rainbow dash who gabbed her wing and spun her around. She released her and Lightning dust barrel tumbled into a cloud. [colour=#40E0D0]"Youre going to have to try harder than that!" [/colour]Rainbow dash chuckled. Lightning dust flew out ofthe cloud. "Im only warming up!" She knocked Rainbow out of the way. Rainbow dash shot after her.

Lightning lane got out of the cloud and shook his head. He saw Flashbomb headingfor the flag. "Im coming flash!" He yelled. He rocketed by Lyria and flew fast to help flash.

(Throwing in Roid Rage, just 'cause)

The match had started. Ponies began flying about, defending the flags or going for the other. There didn't seem to be much strategy with them. Marble saw Soarin' fly off, and felt an urge to follow him. He flew off, easily moving other ponies out of the way, until an abnormally large white pegasus, making Marble feel microscopic in comparison, blocked his path. It took a while of complicated maneuvres he was having troubles with, but he eventually got past the pegasus, and sighed with relief, as he began searching quickly for the flag. Soarin', meanwhile, was searching the many possible locations of the paths. His amazing speed and agility making it nearly impossible for others to catch him. He was even performing many aerial flips out of habit. Eventually, he saw a flag flapping about by a rainbow waterfall, being defended by Roid Rage, Rainbow Dash and several others. He charged up for the flag, getting rainbow water all over his face, getting some in his eyes as well, and loosing balance. He missed the flag, and was unfortunately too slow in wiping it out as another cadet tackled him, and he began attempting to escape his strong grasp.

[colour=#0000cd]"I don't think so!" [/colour][colour=#000000]Gadget said tackling Flashbomb to the ground. [/colour][colour=#0000cd]"Somepony after Lightning!" [/colour][colour=#000000]He said trying to get up but found his tail underneath flash.[/colour]

Angel smiled and dashed for LightningDust. He Nearly missed her but grabbed her legs and held on tight "[colour=#800000]Gotcha![/colour]" He yelled smiling

Shadow grinned as he shot out from behind some clouds having managed to slip from the battling that ensued in the beginning of the game. He was following his team mates Flash and Lightning Lane as they made their way to the Blue's flag. He watched as gadget hit Flash and Angel to his own surprise captured his own team captain lighting dust. Here he saw his chance and took it. He tucked his wings as he shot down twords the flag zipping past the pinned Gadget and Spinning around Lighting Dust in the grip of Angel. His hope was the other two wonder bolts on his team would keep lyria busy. He flaped his wings to add speed pushing himself forward and leaving them in a sharp angel so they wouldn't catch any air resistance.

(A little bit of confusion here. Lightning dust is on Angels and Gaget's team silly! Lightning lane is with Flashbomb and shadow.)

Flashbomb struggled to get Gadget away He realized that Gadget was instead trapped by him. He grabbed Gadget and tossed him into a bush. He saluted to him and pulled his mask on again. He flew by Angel [colour=#0000FF]"Hey thanks for detering your own captain!" [/colour]He yelled to him. He flew after shadow to the flag. Lightning Lane flew down and made sure to deter Angel so he couldnt retaliate to well. Lightning dust knokced Angel off. "Im on your team Feather Brain!" She took off again for the waterfall.

Rainbow dash tackled another wonderbolt and defended the flag. She saw Lightning dust and went to inercept her. She Tackled her and threw her into a cloud. Rainbow dash was getting Fatiuged but she pushed on. She saw Soarin miss the flag and she smiled. She tok off after him.

[colour=#800080]"Angel! I'm going after their flag!" [/colour][colour=#000000]Lyria yelled, and took off. Finding their flag, she swooped down after it [/colour]and grabbed the flag. [colour=#800080]"Suckers!" [/colour][colour=#000000]She stuck her tongue out, and took off. [/colour]

Flashbomb snatched the flag and took off out of the Crevace. He was scratched up but made it out, He saw lyria with their flag. [colour=#0000FF]"THEY HAVE OUR FLAG! WE NEED TO RETRIEVE IT!" [/colour]Flashbomb put the flag in his teeth under his mask. He pointed up to Lyria and took off for her. He hoped shadow was there to back him up.

Rainbow dash saw that Lyria had the flag and diverted her chase from Soarin. She hit sonic rainboom speed and preformed it with ease, It shot colours all over the sky. She tackled Lyria and they plummeted, Rainbow dash grabbed her flag and struggled with lyria. She chuckled at how much fun this game was getting. Flashbomb had reached Lyria and Grabbed the flag as well, all 3 of them struggled with eachother as they fell. Lightning Lane watched the spectacle in front of him. He saw all the ponies coverging around them to Lend hooves to their team mates. He shot forward and tackled Cloudchaser away.

Lyria wrstled for the flag, and growled at them. She took the flag in hoof, and wriggled away. She took off bursting into a sonic rainboom, and then felt the double rainboom coming on. She continued to fly, speed gaining/

Everything began escalating. Lyria was able to get through the rainbow waterfall and grab the flag. Soarin' was enjoying his chase with Rainbow Dash (FANBOY SQUEE), but as soon as she changed trajectory to go for Lyria, he charged after them. Basically the same story for Marble, who was attempting to catch up with the two, though it was rather futile considering they both performed a sonic rainboom in their chase. He flew as fast as he could after them, but it was nowhere near their amazing speeds. Soarin' was catching up well though. While he couldn't do a sonic boom, or at least, hadn't performed one yet, he was still an amazingly fast flyer, who lead the chase against the two rainboomers.

Lyria continued to gain speed, but dive bombed to the floor below. She landed, and took off at a gallop. She hid in a cloud, and took a quick breather. She heard them coming closer to her, and she took off once more. That's when she preformed her double rainboom, and took off toward the winning area.
