That and looking at the Drawfriend and Newbie Artist posts on Equestria Daily will get you plenty of awesome fanarts.For pics from the show itself, you could try Ponibooru, provided you don't mind sifting through all the pointless memes and junk that have surfaced lately. When I'm done, they will serve a great desktop background purpose, but also a good reference for great pony faces and reactions of our favorite pony characters. I'll hit you an IM when it's done.
