Eye colour:

Hazel eyes with a hint of green going towards the middle.

Coat:

She has a dark grey coat that she take care of and makes it shine when it needs to. There are a couple of scars on her hooves and legs from where she was learning how to sew.

Mane/Tail:

Scissor's mane is dark brown with a hint of black going down the right side of the mane. Her mane is normaly over her right shoulder and her fringe is swept to the side so she can see. Her tail hits the floor but the pattern is different. The black runs down the middle of her tail in a zig-zag.

Physique:

Scissor is a little taller then an average filly but she like it that way. She is very clean when it comes to her coat, mane and tail as she likes to take care of them. She is strong but when it comes to the very heavy lifting she leaves it to the other ponies.

Residence:

Cloudsdale. She has a four floor house (forth being the attic) and on the first floor is her Boutique. The other two floors is where she sleeps, eats, makes dresses and has fun.

Cutie Mark:

Her cutie mark is a pair of sewing scissors with red handles. Attached to one of the red handles is a blue ribbon tied to it flowing behind.

Scissor got her cutie mark when she was making a dress for her friends birthday. It was a beautiful blue dress but also simple so she could wear it around town. When she was making it she was using her favorite sewing scissors (the ones with the red handle and blue ribbion tied to it.)

When she got to her friends party everyone was amazed by the dress and the newly shown cutie mark on her flank.

History:

Scissor was born in cloudsdale and has loved it there so she stayed. Her parents were very kind to her and she always got help if she was stuck on something like her school work. She was the only child in the family but she did make some friends. Scissor is very close to her mum as she was the one who showed her how to sew and her dad was always proud of her when she went to the sewing room to start a new project. Scissor doesn't really know anyone else in her family as she is almost always working. She made a friend very easily in Cloudsdale. She was the one who showed Ponyville to her. Scissor's life is pretty much the same as it was when she was small. She would get orders in from around the place, make them and then sometimes (if they were close) she would deliver the piece in person. Her parents did move away from Cloudsdale (when she was old enough to have a house of her own) to Applelosa to get some country air and spend the rest of their lives there. Scissor hopes that her life will never change and hopes that she will find that very special some pony. She first got interested in sewing and making dresses when her mum made wonderful costumes for her school play. From then on she started to get her mother to teach her how to sew. Also ever since she was young she has been one of the fastest flyers in Cloudsdale. Fast enough to leave some lightning behind with a background of dark brown and black zig-zags.

Character Summary:

Scissors talent is sewing and she is also good at racing. Her dream goal is one day to make a dress for one of the princesses. She does not like a untidy work space so she has to clear it up so she can get started, if it is at someone elses house she will leave it alone. She can make friends but they have to earn her trust. In general she is quite but when she is spoken to she happily talks. Sometimes she does speak out loud as she is used to her Boutique and sometimes people reply and she will happily speak to them if they wanted to help with Ideas or something like that. She does sometime start a conversation with a stranger if they are doing something that enspires her but she always has to pluck up the corage to ask them a question. Her hobbies are sewing, reading, racing and drawing. She fears that her life will take a turn for the worst one day or for her wings to be injured. Scissor's faults is that she can't cook well (Only things she can cook are sweet), she is no good with animals and she sometimes runs over a deadline. Also another dream that she has always wanted to come true is to become a Wonderbolt.

Hai Harmony! I'm here, and ready to assist! :D

As a fan of Edward Scissorhands, I couldn't help but be reminded of him a bit while looking over this application :)

Just having World of Equestria is fine for the role play type. Applications aren't required for characters in ffa, so you're welcome to play ScissorHooves, or any of your other characters in free for alls right now if you'd like :3

Although her couple of scars did raise question, I don't think that they wouldn't be much different in appearance than Twilight's cuts in "It's About Time." Still, I'll have to ask senior staff just to verify.

It's really cool that she makes dresses. :) What got her interested in dress making? Does she have her own boutique?

I'm excited to see ScissorHooves in action! ^^ Let me know if you have any questions or if you've made any edits C:

Awesome possum! The history is looking excellent, but unfortunately characters actually aren't allowed to have previous relations with cast members, so you'll either have to take out the part about Dash introducing her to Ponyville or make her friend somepony else who isn't in the show. Your character summary feels a bit short, but you do have all of the essentials. If you could go into a bit more detail on how she interacts with other ponies, that would be awesome! c:

Umm, the only other thing that I see is the age. The ages that we are typically found in apps are foal, colt or filly, and mare or stallion. If you'd like to have her the same age as the mane six, I would put "Young mare" :3

Also, I asked senior staff about the scars, and they told me that it depends on the situation. In my opinion, since ScissorHooves got them as an eager to learn, self-motivated pony who poked herself a few times on accident practicing her passion, I'm going to say I don't see an issue with them :)

This is really looking great!! I think that she'll be ready for me to send up to the senior rp helpers for approval pretty soon :)
