Physique: Ink Runner is a notch above normal Stallions, but not overly strong.

Residence: Ink Runner resides in Canterlot, where he finds the most inspiration for his next stories.

Occupation: Ink Runner is an aspiring writer, and aspires to write fictional pieces of enjoyable writing.

Cutie Mark: Ink Runner's cutie mark is a roll of parchment and a bottle of ink

.

This Cutie Mark symbolizes Ink Runner's love for writing stories. He found his Cutie Mark and special talent after one day stumbling upon the "Daring Doo" series, and developing a great appreciation and love for it. During classes in Magic, he would sometimes read the stories underneath the desk; but sometimes gets found-out, due to not paying attention while getting asked a question. Then, once Ink Runner had mastered basic levitation, he started writing various stories, and showing them to his parents. After his parents read it, they praised Ink Runner and said he had a gift for these types of stories. They then pointed to his flank, where a roll of parchment and bottle of ink were.

History: Ink grew up in Canterlot, with his Father (Crimson Vision), and Mother (Russet Chear), as a very social pony, however as he developed his love for reading and his Writing skills, he became a bit more anti-social. He made frequent trips to the Library, to both keep up with his studies (as he was also rather knowledgeable) and to get more books for his amusement. However, as he grew up, he got Writer's Block, and proceeded to go outside for inspiration. He looked around, and eventually found someone who was very friendly.

Every day, he went out to see her, and realised he shouldn't always be hulled up in his room, and that he should also go out and make friends. They constantly played, but one day she had to leave, and said she'd be back eventually. Ink Runner was a bit sad, but was still fine with it; he had so much ideas in his mind, he couldn't wait to sprawl them all down. Ink Runner went back to his house, and said he wanted to move out and become independant. His Parents supported him, and he eventually found a place to settle down in Canterlot.

Being the organised Pony he is, he assigned himself work days to write his current book; a mare Unicorn named Rubia, who hadn't discovered her cutie mark and went off into the world to find out where she belonged, and what her special talent is. This was what he had wrote from a child, and as such had a very great concept of what to use; he just needed to write it all down, plan it, and then get it published. He does this every other day, and the rest of the days he relaxes, takes trips around Canterlot, and sometimes makes visits to Ponyville or Manehatten. He is still looking for a part-time job in Canterlot, so that he can stay afloat money-wise while working on his book before becoming a full-time Author in Equestria. This catches us up to Ink Runner's current point in time.

Character Summary: Ink Runner is very creative, and also very smart. He always thinks things out, revises them, and never forgets to do key things. He's kind and friendly, doesn't particularly enjoy fashion, and sometimes gets random strokes of brilliance for new stories, which he gasps and teleports away when he has them. Ink Runner is very independent, and sometimes gets annoyed when people doubt he can do something himself. This does sometimes lead to problems, and Ink Runner has to swallow his pride and ask for some help. Ink Runner loves animals, but can never bring himself to get one as a pet, in fear of it becoming sad. Ink Runner also lives with the fear of being told one of his books were boring and dull, and generally becomes very depressed. Ink Runner is also generally scared of Spiders, and will run away a considerable distance before feeling fine.

Despite this, Ink is a very independent pony, and never likes seeing things sad or hurt, and always tries to help. When things go out of hand, he always keeps calm and thinks of a way through. Ink also is decent at Magic, being able to preform general feats with it. He is also good at forgiving and forgetting, and always looks at the brighter side of ponies, but is able to detect when something is up, or they are feeling under the weather. He also has a decent sense of humor, but can sometimes take things too literally. He also is very organised.

Hi Saeryu! This is an excellent character app! All of the required fields are filled and very well written! The only things I can see that could be sticking points in the next level of evaluation are the comments about him being 'anti-social' and how, in spite of the fact that he moves out on his own, that you have him written him up as a 'dependent' pony. I know where you're coming from here, he's so focused on reading that nothing else matters. Overall, great job here!

Ah that silly little mistake! Was meant to be independent obviously. Thanks for pointing it out~. Now it is ready~.

Hmm, my one real problem with the app is that the history doesn't seem to cover much beyond his childhood. The character is an adult stallion as indicated by the listed age; perhaps you could tell us more about him as an adult. He found his own home; that's all we really know. The occupation field also lists him as an aspiring writer. Does this mean he hasn't had anything published yet? Does he plan to in the future? What kind of stories does he or has he specifically written before anyway? What does he do in the mean time to support himself if not writing? It just seems slightly incomplete at this point. Expand here and you should be on your way to a stamp. ;)

Alrighty! I've expanded on his history up to where he is now, and spaced it out a bit for easier reading.

For the record, an adult mare with no cutie mark isn't something we allow in World of Equestria, but as in this app it's only presented as the subject of the character's novel, I'd say that's acceptable. The history is much better with that now too...so:
