It all started a long time ago...or was it just a few months? It's hard to tell for Diamond, anyway she wasn't very good in school and due to this her parents put her in any extra curricular activities they could. One such thing was a pottery class. There Diamond learned the ins and outs of Pottery but there was something about the class that made her a bit sad. It was very uncolourful. Diamond dust loves colour and because of this she knew she had to change it. Soon she took to the arts and found some paint. It wasn't long after her first few paintings that she fell in love with it. Soon a competition in pottery would start and Diamond, being very competitive, joined in with her 'Dusty vase'. The vase was long and narrow yet had great shape and volume. However it didn't look very colourful. Diamond took to her art skills again. A few days later Diamond won both the competition and her cutie mark.

History: Diamond doesn't like to remember sombra's rule. She grew up where she lives now, the crystal empire. Her parents were very good ponies and encouraged school and art. When Diamond started to fail in School they put her in a pottery class. After which Diamond managed to pass school and work at an art store while also selling some of her art to an Art museum. However the next thing she remembers is being depressed in the crystal empire. After the return of a crystal princess, Diamond went back to doing what she loved, pottery and art. While also keeping and Eye, Ear, and hoof out to see if anypony wanted to help or Gossip.

Personality: Diamond has great knowledge of pottery and art and has a tendency to gossip. She likes, stories, Rumors, Art, pottery, Success, Love, Doing the right thing, and standing up to others. She dislikes, School, Hatred, Anger, secrets, artifacts, and lies. Spending a day with Dia is like going to an art display. While when not working Dia loves to gossip and talk about the ponies in the town, she prefers to paint a picture. Diamond doesn't like school and also doesn't like old things. She loves to hear secrets but doesn't like them. She normally is an open book. However, lying to Diamond is a huge mistake if you want to be her friend. She is very open minded and will try to help almost any endeavor.
