Name: Gleaming Valour

Sex: Male

Age: Young Stallion

Species: Unicorn

Eye colour: Gold

Coat: White and silver gray. He has one small spot of gray on his front right hoof. He also wears a silver pendant. He wears a leather vest when traveling.

Mane/Tail: Blue and Red. His mane is straight and is usually a mess, He has two streaks of red running in his mane and his tail is tipped with red.

Physique: He is not really muscular but more lean. His horn is clean and sharp.

Residence: Trottingham

Occupation: Blacksmith

Cutie Mark: Valour's cutie mark is a hammer and question mark. The represent his talent to make something out of almost any kind of materiel. He got his cutie mark when he was a colt. One day when helping his mother in her bookstore. He was helping her around when he knocked over a bookshelf. He helped her get out but she needed a [colour=#282828]special [/colour]splint for his mother. The splint wold let her move around normally with out putting stress on her injured leg. He went off to the blacksmith and found he was ill. Valour offered to do the job for him. The smith agreed and Valour went to work. It took a while to make but he made it. When he gave it to his mum he felt happy and he grew happier when she pointed out he had his cutie mark.

History: Valour was born to his parents (father)Puzzlock and (mother)CrystalHart. Both of his parents had a job. His father rebound and fixed old books in need of repair, while his mother ran a bookstore. As a foal he would often watch them work and ask them questions about their work. His father and mother let him read any book they had. He would often read a book on crafting things mainly those that required a forge. He loved the thought of making something out of almost nothing. The thoughts of making something the queen would like sent his head through the roof.

When he got his cutie mark he became the smiths apprentice. Though in truth it just meant he handled some of the smaller orders. Making buckets, fixing a wheel, and some repairs to somethings people brought in. Though he didn't just make practical stuff sometimes he would try his hoofs at making something fancy with a bit of silver or gold. The first piece of jewelry he made was his silver pendant which he always wears.

When he became a stallion the smith told him he couldn't teach him anything else. Soon after Valour got his own house and forge. Though he still works for the smith he could now make some of his own projects when ever he wanted. From time to time he decides to take a break and travel selling some of his wares.

Character Summary: He knows he's good at what he does and he takes pride in it. He thinks one day he will meet the queen be cause of his skills. He thinks himself a Mare's Stallion. He likes to take sometime to chat them up and he gives them good discounts too. He adds a bit of flare when he crafts his items uses his magic to try and double the speed he makes them. He also uses a special polish to Iron, Steel, and Silver metals that gives them a slight blue tinge for a while. And the darker metals he uses a diffrent polish that gives the metal a reddish tinge.

Hello, Krad! I think you already know I'm not rp staff or anything like that. :P So... I like how he's coming along so far. I do, however, have a question. How did knocking over over a bookshelf earn him a cutie mark in making things/blacksmithing?

Hello. I have a question about the Cutie Mark section. You say that Gleaming's mother needed a special splint. It that for the shelf or her (like a cast)? Also I think you mean "special" instead of speaica.
