Spam Muffins! 4 tablespoons shortening1 cup chopped Spam1 egg1 cup graham flour(whole wheat)1 cup white flour3 teaspoons baking powder1 cup milkPreheat oven to 400 degrees F .Line muffin cups and spray with non-stick spray.Cream shortening and add SPAM.Add egg, beat well, and then add the dry ingredients, mixed & sifted, alternately with milk.Mix well and put into muffin pans.Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
