Halo the lost Spartan Squad interest and sign up thread. A halo/mlp mix

I know that there is already a halo RP going on, but it died off awhile ago So i decided to see if i can shed some light and restart the halo spirit with all the halo lovers on this site. I cant wait to RP with all you lovely people but first, here is the app form,ranks and some info and some other stuff.

The story will be told when we start, anyway here is some info u need before apping

There can only be one squad of Spartans meaning only 4 people will be allowed on this RP, anymore and im afraid this will turn into a slaughter house.

The accepted species are going to be these only, no more, no less though i will make a acceptation if you PM me and ask first or ask on this thread before apping. The races are Pegasus, Unicorn, Griffon, Zebra, Bat pony, Earth pony, Teen dragon. Deer,

The ranks, as there will only be 4 of us, there will only be four ranks. I will give field promotions so if your the lowest rank, dont worry if you do good you will get up there with the higher ranks.

Ok, before you app here is some info about the form that you might not understand.

1.Specialty: Is your char a expert at assaulting locations or a master sniper? or is he good with explosives. I know that spartans are good with all gear but we all have something we are good with. You can pick three. Oh, and there is more then the ones i said there.

2.Spartan number: This is like if you are sierra 117 or something, like what they call master chief.

3. Armor ability: For those of you who have played halo reach, you will know what this is. If you dont know then some of them are armor lock, you take no damage though you cant move, jetpack ect,

With gear, you can have up to two main and two side arms. Energy swords count as a side arm as do SMG's and handguns. You also can have grenades and 1 special item like a land mine or a cloaking device. Weapons can be from halo 4 though jsut not the new type they introduced there.

Name: Skyzipper though called sky.

Appearance: eye colour:reddish pink

charicter colour:ocean blue

mane/tail/other:Skyzippers mane is left hanging around both sides of his neck. Tail is left hanging open in the wind while flying and just hovering off the ground whilst walking. The colour of Skyzipper's mane is light red whilst his tail is the same./maybe ruby red

physique: Skyzippper has strong wings. He Is a bit smaller than your average pegasi but also a bit quicker.Trains daily when not busy to keep his flight skills up. He wears a white bandanna that is tied around his neck at all times, even when he wears his fire red hoodie, he will have the bandana on underneath the hoodie. ((Yours does not need to be that long, that's just what i had written down on a notepad))

Gear: Sky has a assault rifle and a sniper as his main weapons. For his side arms sky carry's two magnum handguns. He also has a combat knife. Sky carrys 3 grenades with him as well as a land mine.

Battle tactic: Sky sticks to cover though he does take risks. He is the dare devil of the team, always doing the dangerous stuff. Sky often fights with his assault rifle though he is a master sniper as well. When in a bad situation sky draws out his magnums. Sky never leaves a pony behind, even if they are in the middle of a swarm of covenet, he will go in to save them. Sky, though he sticks to cover, also does take alot of risks and moves up and strafes alot.

Personality: Sky often trys to make his squad laugh and likes to joke around, even during combat. Sky is loyal to the end and often listens to his teams opinions before giving orders. Sky is the dare devil of the team and often takes all the hard tasks that they are faced with.

Specialty: Sky is a master assaulter and is able to take out any enemy in close quarters. Sky is also a master at sniping and rarely misses though a full spartan sniper has better accuracy. Sky is a master at dual wielding weapons and is able to use any two one handed weapon at the same time with perfect accuracy.

Species: Dragon

Gender: Male

Appearance: Ember has teal scales and red spines, and his body is a slender build. His armor reflects his build, and the color of his armor is similar to the color of his scales, except for bits of green here and there. In my mind, his armor looks similar to the Elite Pilot Armor from Halo: Reach, but less bulky and more dragon-like.

Rank: Private

Gear: Ember carries a Saw, Sticky Detonator, Magnum, and Energy Sword as his choice weapons. He also carries two plasma grenades and a deployable gravity lift.

Armor Ability: Active Camouflage

Battle Tactic: Using his Dragon agility, Ember prefers to ambush and flank the enemy, compared to fighting them head on. He'll often identify high priority targets, such as snipers or commanders, and take them down first.

Personality: Ember can seem very cold at times. Not really because he's distant, but because he seems to not care. He's the kind of Dragon that you'd think could care less if you died in battle, but'll still be the one watching your back.

Specialty: Survival, Stealth, and Proficiency with a wide range of weaponry.

Spartan Number: Echo 295

So, Master Chief is actually John 117, John being his first name and 117 meaning he's the 117th spartan made, but I think using a phonetic alphabet seems better.

Actually Dash, I just looked up both to confirm/deny what I thought, and Sierra 117 is the name of the second level in Halo 3, while John 117 is Master Chief's spartan number.

It's John, but since most people don't learn a spartan's first name his call out is simply Spartan 117

Are you kidding? I've only played Halo games from 3 onwards, and it's been forever since I played one that featured Master Chief. I used to be a Halo fanboy, but I'v long since jumped off that hype train.

Cool, although I never got ODST, I only played it with a friend. Which is unfortunate, because otherwise I would've had all the stuff for the special helmets in Reach that Waypoint gave out.

I don't think it was ruined, but it still wasn't quite the same. In fact, it may have almost been a bit better. In all of the previous Halo games, John was seen as this really strong individual, even seeing his best friend die at the end. It seemed nothing could really shake him, and then Cortana begins dying. Cortana, whom has been with the Chief since the beginning. Cortana, whom sacrificed herself so that John could get to Earth and help fight off the Covenant. When Cortana began dying, he couldn't handle it, he began to show emotion. And then, that one liner he gets told at the end, "After all, we're only human." Powerful stuff man, powerful stuff!

Yea, i agree taht master cheif was a brutal guy, he didnt even seem to care when keyes dies or when the sarge dies, but i think they ruined it because of the new race which didnt really fit into the story, the fact taht master cheif was on a ship which had landed and he had been basicaly blown of the back, the fact that, where si the arbiter? I also dont like how they put a few knew spartans in, they lost the knowlodge of how to create Spartans when that docter died in reach

Wow, okay, actually, Doctor Halsey didn't die on Reach. She was arrested because her method of creating Spartans from kidnapped children was deemed unethical by ONI. The Arbiter returned to Earth safely at the end of Halo 3, and led the Elites back home. The Didact wasn't a new race, he was a Forerunner, which had built the Halo rings and were thought to be extinct. And, the "new" Spartans are actually just soldiers that showed extreme promise in combat and were upgraded to the rank of Spartan.

...................sh1t okay, i really have homework to do, oh and with the arbiter, i knew where he had gone but they were on a alliance with the UNSC, why didnt they come BACK and help out? and i knew the diadact was a forerunner but what i dont get is why he has all those other bots. I really think its stupid that the Covent, though a break away faction, were weak enough to be controlled, even the HAUNTERS were captured. And there is actually a new Spartan though only 1 actual one

Well, good luck with homework, but you see, nobody knew where Master Chief was. The Ark was outside of the Milky Way, and the UNSC Infinity was on an exploration mission when they began receiving the Didacts emergency distress signal. Now, those other bots, the sentinels, were humans that the Didact had virtualized using that relic from the end of the game. Because he created them he was able to control them, but once he was locked away they were set to guard his tomb by the Librarian. The Covenant are just stupid and weren't being controlled by the Didact, they were worshiping him as a god. And, I'm not sure which Spartan you're talking about.

I know these is a new spartan, i saw the armor. Only spartans can wear Mark IV armor as it is like, 100 times havier then normal armor. And i swear........................goddam i really need to replyay the games aand learn this stuff again lol
