It was a sunny day in Ponyville, the Ponyville high students were walking around the school since it was their lunch break. On a tree next to the school building, Slash claw was resting on a branch. He was wearing the school uniform, a white shirt and a red tie. His eyes where closed and his ears cat-like kept twitching, listening to the sounds of the rustling leaves on the tree.

Next to him, a window opened and a head popped out of it. "Hey, you're late for basketball! Are you seriously going to quit all your clubs? The teams need you!" the colt yelled.

Slash opened his eyes half-way and slowly turned his head towards the colt. "That is because you signed me up for all of them, Chromatic Blaze" he replied with an irritated tone.

"Of course! We need a prodigy like you on every team!" Chromatic Blaze continued

"I'm not interested, it's too troublesome" Slash replied, closing his eyes again.

"Hmph! You should at least get off that branch! I'm talking to you on the third floor! See ya later, kitten" Blaze smirked before closing the window and heading down the corridor.

Slash sighed as he opened his eyes and sat up, looking down at the students who where walking under the tree. He suddenly widened his eyes, gazing down on a young mare...

Autumn Sketches walked sat down on a bench staring at the school.

It was his first day there,

And it was horrible.

He hadn't made and friends,

Already met some bullies,

And mostly everybody hates him.

A big wist of wind came,

Blowing off his scarfe.

The scarfe landed on to a branch on the tree that Slash was sitting on.

He ran over to the tree.

Shyly,

He asked "H-Hey. U-uh can y-you get that for me?"

Slash shook his eyes away from her and turned towards the colt yelling at him. He saw the scarf that landed infront of him and looked back down at the colt. He picked it up with his cat-like tail, jumped off with a front flip, and landed on all fours infront of the colt. He handed the scarf to him and said "Here you go"

Abby was looking around the school. her long ears were perked up and her bat wings folded at her sides. So far she had gotten lost 5 times and didnt know how she ended up outside.The sun was hurting her sensitive bat eyes but she could still see a stallion sitting on a bench. She was walking up to ask him directions when a sudden burst of wind blew away his scarf. The stallion ran after it and to a tree where another cat-like stallion sat on a branch. She sighed and slowly walked over to them. "Excuse me? Can one of you help me? I dont know where I am." she said

Nobody was mean to him.

He had never seen a cat-pony.

He ran over to a different bench.

Abby watched the other stallion walk away after saying he couldnt help her. She sighed, fluttering her soft leather wings and turned to the cat-like one. "Can you help me?" she asked

AutumnSketches looked back at the ponies. He forgot to ask them their names. They were the only ones that were nice. He payed down his backpack at the bench,

And started walking over.

"Hah, s-sorry. I-i n-never caught y-your names.

Abby didnt have time to get an answer from the cat-like stallion when the one with the scarf returned, asking their names. She smiled and held out a hoof. "Im Abby. And you are?" she asked

Snow Blitzen flew into the school grounds, a smile on his face, first day was brilliant. He had met friends, joined clubs, the mares had happily said hello too. He also had a buck load of friends! He had a dark blue coat, with a very bright blue mane, almost white. Snow then had a cutie mark, a snowflake with a thundercloud and lightning.

Snow then remembered his sister was here with him, they were twins but looked completely opposite. Snow looked up to see Slash Claw, a pony crossed with a cat and by far the best pony in every sports.

Snow Blitzen flew over and landed next to Autumn Sketches, a shy colt but a good friend."Hey, Slash Claw, why'd you leave everything? Hey, Autumn and Abby," He said after hearing her introduce herself.

Cloud Petal looked up at her brother, always zipping everywhere and playing every mare he could see, not surprising. Cloud instead didn't like making her sporty side seen, she kept to the arts, also a little fighting as well. Her coat was a mint green with a matching magenta, mane. Her eyes were a dark green too. Her cutie mark had a petal twisted into a sword passing through a cloud with petals falling from.

She and he brother were both pegasi, both seeming not to be the same. No one knew much of Clouds sporty side, nor that she could fight. A girl couldn't be too careful.

Petal flew outside, her saddle bags rested upon her back, full of many supplies for most of her classes. She looked up and saw her brother, Abby, the cat-pon and Autmn, Cloud noticed many ponies, always watchful.

"Hello everypony, Snow, what's going on?"

Abby jumped as a dark blue pegasus landed beside Autumn and said hello to her. "Hi." she said.

"I'm Slash Claw" He said, looking at the mare and the colt with the scarf. He found that he couldn't turn away from Abby's face.

He finally turned his head towards Snow, saying "it's too troublesome, especially when I had to help all the sports clubs when the new students came in"

He kept is face emotionless as he twitched his ears, hearing another pony come towards the group. He didn't have this mug attention since the seniors were impressed with him as the mares kept following him.

Abby looked at Slash Claw and nodded, signalling that she had heard him. She didnt bother saying her name, he should already know it. " I gotta go. Does anyone happen to know where Mr. Downers math class is?" she asked

(( Perhaps someone could have that exact class next and escort her there. wink wink. lol))

" I think. Hah, I go to the exact same class!"

"But, I'm not exact."

Then he noticed the Dark Blue colt flying over him.

"H-Hey? Who are you"

"Mr Downer is on the second floor, west side" Slash replied. "I'll bring you guys there since it's still lunch break. I won't be joining any more teams"

"Thank you, Slash Claw." Abby said making this face afterwards

Slash smiled in the corner of his mouth and said "you're welcome". He pounced infront of Abby and studied her face, still looking at her with half open eyes. He closed them and took a long sniff before opening them again and doing the same to Autumn. Slash wagged his tail and looked at the both of them. This was his second year here but he never saw any pony like them.

Suddenly, a basketball came flying toward the group. Slash quickly turned around, wrapped his tail around the ball, and threw it back at the colt which was hit on the head by the ball.

"YOU SEE THAT GUYS?! TOO BAD HE QUIT THE TEAM!!" Chromatic Blaze yelled at the team.

"Blaze, I said I'm not interested" Slash said with an unamused face. He turns his head back at Abby, Autumn and Snow and sighed, "I'm sorry about that" he apologized.

Abby was about to scream look out when Slash Claw caught the ball and threw it back. It hit the colt that threw it and someone yelled about Slash Claw quitting a team. Abby giggled a little bit as she replayed the scene of the hit colt in her head. You couldnt beat that. She smiled at Slash Claw and said "Shall we go?"

Snow looked up and smiled. "Names Snow, and I understand, guess it's just not your thing, understood," he turned around at the colt who their the ball, clear annoyance on his face.

"Back off, you could've hit my sister, now shove off or you won't be able to walk,"

Snow growled slightly before darting off into the sky, grabbing some cloud and making it rain on the others colt head. Snow snorted before returning to the group. He looked up and smiled at everypony. "Guess me and my sister have it too,"

Cloud Petal raised her eyebrow at the ball then at Slash. "That was awesome!" I'd say before looking about. "Me and my brother are a tad new, I'm Cloud Petal, it's a pleasure," She smiled at everyone before copying her brother, this time walking over to the colt and wacking him in the chest.

"Go away,"

Abby was beginning to grow a little uncomfortable with all the violence. "Perhaps we should go now." she said and began to walk off. She didnt like violence, sure it was funny from time to time but then it gets serious. She walked into the building without looking back to see if anyone was following her

Blaze shot Slash a look that said 'what are you doing hanging around with these guys?'

"Sorry Blaze" Slash simply said as Blaze muttered something before going back to the court.

"You didn't have to go that far, your first impression to them is not a good one..." Slash said to Snow and Cloud Petal. "...especially if you plan to join a team. As for the balls, you'll be fine if I'm here. I'm going to show Abby and Autumn to their classes"
