Just Visiting. (Private)

Solar laughed at this, no longer feeling as nervous about speaking. There was something about Bass that just made him feel... confident about anything. "You are scary happy." Solar joked, chuckling.

"On vacation! Should be happy, ja?" Bass stated. "Ehh... Are we there? In canterlot?" The suspension was just killing him. Being able to go to a larger city like canterlot... Amazing!

"Just a moment..." Solar replied, looking out the window. He could see the large city off in the distance slowly getting closer and closer. "Almost there..." He said, then the chariot suddenly stopped right outside the large city. "You have now reached your destination." Solar said with a grin, mimicking a robotic voice.

(I hate viewings... So much...)

Bass looked out the window quickly. What he saw made his smile grow wider. "Ja! Wunderbar! I pay for trip to Ponyville, but now I am here! Best vacation ever! Ehh... Actually mine first vacation."

(What do you mean?)

Solar smiled and unstrapped himself from the seat, before stepping out of the chariot. He had to give his legs a moment to get used to the solid ground, before walking around and opening the other side, letting Bass out. "Well, let's make sure that your first vacation is the best."

(Funeral service Viewings...)

Bass unstraps himself from his seat and stepped out. He wasn't really used to being in the air, so as soon as he got out, he toppled over and fell on his side. He looks very sick too... "Ehh... Oh goodness... Not good..."

(Oh, I see.. I'm not too fond of them either.)

"Oh boy..." Solar said, quickly running to his side and helping him up. "All right... Slow, deep breaths..." He said, trying to hold Bass steady. "You okay, there?" He asked, the worry and concern thick in his voice.

"Eghh... Flying... Bad idea..." Bass looked like he would get sick at any moment. "I need... Quick rest..." His face started to turn green as he groans in pain.

"All right, all right..." Solar replied, helping him back into the chariot. He should have known better than to take an earth pony onto a chariot... "Do you need anything? I can head into the city and buy a drink or something, if you need it..."

"Sounds good to me." Solar replied with a nod, before taking off into the large city. Luckily with Canterlot being so large, it did not take him very long to find a store, where he purchased a bottle of cold water. Without another word, he took off through the streets and back to the chariot, handing the bottle to Bass. "There... you go..." He said, panting heavily from the running.

"Danke... You are a true friend..." Bass said gladly when he took the bottle. After taking the cap off he downed half the water in a few seconds. He was thirsty... And being sick doesn't help that.

"It's not a problem at all." Solar said, still panting rather heavily. Now that he thought about it, he had not ran like that in years. After a moment, he was able to catch his breath. "Are you okay to walk?" He asked.

"Ja. Should be... Just needed a quick... Rest. Not used to flying..." Bass put the remaining bit of water in his saddle bag for later. He might need it...

Having an arm around his shoulder felt... Strange. Even if you are his friend, Bass really felt uncomfortable with this. But, instead of saying anything, Bass just let it be. He was too astounded by the city to be concerned with it anyways.

Once Solar was convinced that Bass could walk by himself, he removed his arm from around his shoulder, unaware that he had made him feel uncomfortable by the action. It was not long until they finally arrived to the carnival, some of the ponies walking by bowing respectively to him as they passed by. "W-we can just avoid the larger rides for now, if you'd like." He said, beginning to grow nervous once again from being in the presence of so many other ponies.

"Ja? What ehh... Are you... Nervous again?" Bass spoke softly and with some concern in his voice. "you... Dont have to use... Your voice. If you don't ehh... Want to."

(Sorry for the slow reply. I have quite a few roleplays going on. >_>)

"N-no, it's fine. I'll get used to it." Solar replied, smiling. It was true. Usually if he spoke enough in larger crowds, he would warm up to it... That is until the next day, of course. "S-so... My friend's concert doesn't start for another hour or two. What would you like to do until then?" He asked.

(Totally fine. I'm gonna post the war rp as soon as the other two post their character things.)

"Hmm... I do not know... Never been to a... Carnival." Bass looked around. There was so much to do! Where to start? "Ehh... What do you recommend?"

Solar thought for a moment, looking around. Indeed, he would always have trouble figuring out what to do whenever he went to the carnival. Due to Bass being uncomfortable with heights, he ruled most of the rides out. "Why not a few games? There's a ring toss, a shooting gallery, a small casino...

"Ring toss? How about that?" Bass never truly understood why you toss a ring to get a prize. You can just purchase most of these things at a store someplace. Maybe its a sentimental thing...

"All right, ring toss it is. Tight this way..." He said, leading the foreign pony through the crowd of people, most of them either smiling or respectively bowing their heads as they passed. Soon enough, they made it to the small stand. "So... would you like to go first?"
