Novaburst Posted August 20, 2015 Report Share Posted August 20, 2015 The princesses would likely not approve of someone visiting unannounced, however given what he was up against Nova believed it would be better to ask forgiveness rather than request permission in this case. With how unstable his horn was, and the fact he had no training Nova knew something needed to be done. Since he had done everything he could think of to possibly contain the power of his horn, it was time to call in the big guns. Namely, the Alicorns. With that in mind he drove the mobile transport/living quarters he had built all the way to the Castle in Canterlot. Parking it, and activating a cloaking mechanism of sorts he had built into it by means of using specialized crystals, Nova Burst dressed himself in a black body suit that would absorb all light, preventing it from being seen. The shoes he wore would also aid him in walking more stealthily. With that done, he started to sneak into the Canterlot Castle. When one of the guards noticed him, Nova fired a blast from his horn that had more power than he wanted. The blast sent the guard crashing into a nearby wall, and Nova started hoofing it towards the room of Luna when he got into the actual castle area. PrinceoftheNight Posted August 20, 2015 Report Share Posted August 20, 2015 Princess Luna was resting in her chambers as usual since it was still not time for her and her stallion, as well as daughter, to go out to the night and do their usual jobs. She was in her bed, in company of her beloved stallion, Darkness Knight, or Darky how many other knew him. As she rested she couldn't help but feel something odd, out of place and powerful... and it was heading their way! She opened her eyes and looked to the door, ready for what was coming. A blast of energy would shoot out of it, knocking the door down. For he couldn't control his power, and that was the only reason he had come here. "Princess Luna, you're an Alicorn and an immensely powerful one at that. By any chance would you teach me to control the power within my horn? I never had the training other Unicorns did." "Who art thou that dares interrupt our slumber!"Luna said in her canterlot voice, waking up almost everypony around. She had her horn ready to attack, not hearing what he said. "Gah!" Darky fell from the bed as Luna did all that, the pillows and the bed sheets over him. Lullaby woke up in her room thanks to her mother. "Oh great... " She said sighing. Novaburst Posted August 20, 2015 Author Report Share Posted August 20, 2015 When she raised her horn in a hostile gesture, Nova Burst lost control. Energy tendrils came out of his horn, and started painfully shocking him. Inside his body the energy of his horn was now backfiring, because he was scared. The canterlot voice had scared him deeply. Freaking out on the inside, Nova had no control as the power of his horn spiraled out, teleporting him around the room haphazardly. Being raised by Earth Ponies stank, but at least he had physical strength. Granted, he wished he could control his horn more properly, because it was a hazard to everyone. Her horn glowed and made a spell in the room negating all the magic inside it, including hers. Now, nopony inside the room could use magic. Darky stood up and noticed what Luna did.
