Physique: Lean, sleek. Residence: N/A, Wandering show pony. travels and lives in his cart Occupation: Show Pony, Musician for hire. Cutie Mark: Glowing Green Musical Note, with lightning bolt shape on note stems. Buck Obtained his Cutie Mark when he was quite young. Finding that he not only has the ability to repair broken instruments, but turn his hoof to any instrument he touches with no prior instruction. Unique Traits: Ability to repair any instrument/ play any instrument with no training. Favorite Instrument: Piano/Keyboard. Favorite type of Music: Love Ballads/Tribal Infusions. History: Thunderbuck is the younger brother of Stromstride Cloud. While he is less physically impressive, his he is more magically inclined. Learning a variety of spells in his youth, as well as manipulation on finer details of small instruments and their inner parts, the pony developed a fine sense of how to use his magical powers. Thunderbuck was raised as an only child, and has never met his older brother. Upon the death of his parents, Buck was forced to sell most of their possessions and their home to pay for the funeral costs. This left him with a few instruments and a shabby cart. Traveling from place to place, he eventually found his way to Saraneivo, where he was taken in by Cloudchaser. But this was short lived. Cloudchaser fell ill and soon passed away after only a few years. Thunderbuck had befriended the pony Earth Writer. With his story out there, soon enough he began to be recognized as a musical talent. And he gained some notoriety, allowing him to land jobs playing at weddings, holiday events, and even the occasional Gala type event. IT is during this time that Thunderbuck was awarded custody of his niece, CaramelCream. The young filly is dear to him, and he tends all her needs as best he can. This includes taking her where ever he goes and showing her the world. Homeschooling her in the cart, and providing any clothing and food she needs. While not the best father figure for her, he is dearly attached and will overcome even his own cowardice to protect and support her. Character Summary/Personality: Thunderbuck is a shy, quiet stallion. He does not enjoy being watched while he plays, so he wears a mask to hide his face. This stage fright stems from his isolated upbringing. He is socially awkward, and often unable to find the proper words. however he can speak through music much more effectively. He is skilled in some of the family weather magic, however more of his magic revolves around music and instruments. Thunderbuck enjoys listening to other's play. And often attends musical events. He hopes to one day share a stage with great musical legends like Octavia. He enjoys recreating classical pieces with more tribal like sounds. Mixing violins with zebra tribal drums and the sounds of brass instruments with the more delicate sounds of flutes and woodwinds in traditional native styles. Thunderbuck knows little about the princesses or their functions, and follows more of the zebra naturalistic lifestyle and shamanistic beliefs that all things are alive. More so with instruments. Blueblood Posted September 17, 2015 Report Share Posted September 17, 2015 Hm, looks good in content, but the character history is a bit chronologically confused, given that you state that he's taken custody of his niece before you tell how he fared right after leaving home. I do need to ask that you change you app into the form found HERE. The info about his favorite instrument and music type should go under the unique traits section.
