Lyipheoryia
((OOC: http://www.canterlot.com/forums/topic/22478-the-masquerade-masterpiece-interest-checkooc/#comment-584980 )) Marquis Ebony Centarion gave his tuxedo a tug before stepping out of the carriage. Part of him wanted to order the driver to take him home, but another part of him longed to dance the night away at this masquerade ball. Honestly, he wasn't quite sure why he was invited. These silly balls were usually reserved "for the Elite, Royal, and Famous". Was he any of those? His heart said no. His head said yes. You are a Marquis, afterall. His mask was simple-a black satin-covered glass with sparkling accent diamonds. It was held with a simple elastic. His tuxedo was traditional, and..well...didn't quite fit. Too small? Too large? He wasn't quite sure-it just didn't feel very comfortable. He gave it one last tug before walking towards the entrance lined with ushers and security ponies. So here he was-a grumpy old Brigadier General-about to enter one of Equestria's most prestigious gardens to partake in a high-society masquerade ball. This was worth a facehoof. PyroBlaze
Ah, a masquerade ball. How lovely. The unicorn mare smiled to herself as she gazed around the ballroom, wearing a dress made in a complementary color to herself, the hem a compliment to her mane. She also wore a matching mask that covered most of her tattoo along with her dress. It wouldn't do to have something as recognizable as that on display in this setting, now would it? Sunrise smiled again before her eyes fell on a stallion that had just arrived. After a moment, she headed over, giving him a small curtsy before speaking. "Greetings, sir. How are you on this wonderful evening?" She asked, smiling at him.
