A Night With Apple Wine (closed: Steel)

"Tarnarion!" Applejack huffed as a she blew stray strands of forelocks away from her eyes. "I was trying to stay clean!" She smirked and trotted away from the campfire she had just set up. She'd light it later, when the sun went down and her paramour appeared.

She had spent all afternoon setting up the perfect place to spend an evening with the lovely Rarity. They had spent lots of time together over the past few months. The last date they had been on had turned into somewhat of a mystery cruisethat had thankfully had a good conclusion! AJ had decided to wear her special broach tonight. The same one that had been lost and then found on their previous adventure.

Even the thought of Rarity made AJ's heart beat faster. She felt so good when the unicorn was around.  Even though they were so different being together felt so right!

AJ had put up an extra large and quite 'fancy tent. There was food to roast over the fire, sweets, and of course ample amounts of apple wine. Everything was ready. She trotted up the orchard road, hoping she'd soon see her beloved...

How exciting!
Well, she said that all the time. How could anypony blame her, however? To love and be loved, to adore and be adored in equal measure, was a thrilling sensation. To lose yourself in the passion of another's emotion was a whirlwind of terrifying, lovely highs and lows that threatened to strike down the unprepared romantic. And she was happy to have found in another the sort of swirling ocean that she could be lost in their tides happily. Sometimes it was an adventure in the skies but often times it was a simple matter of a simple date at an orchard, surrounding by the sweet scents of apples. She could forgive the dirt and the 'country' smell just this once- or, well, any time Applejack was around. Sometimes hopeless romanticism, or her approximation of it, could allow for such delightful deception.

Applejack was kind enough to set the date up. After the excitement of their previous engagement she was more than happy to allow for her paramour to develop the night's sensations of her own accord. Rarity made sure to cut her day short. The boutique had a somewhat dull season ahead of it- not her fault, but the seasons sometimes caught her at a weak point. She would never admit it out loud but even she sometimes was caught flat hooved by trends. It wouldn't take long for her to recover but it did mean that she had only seven hours of work to do at the boutique today and with her her growing fashion empire in good hooves she had the time to do this. Not that she wouldn't have forced it to happen anyway. Work could wait, at least sometimes, when personal need arose.

"Heeeeellllooooo Applejack!" Rarity trilled as she approached the campsite. A roaring fire, a nice tent, and the slow crawl of the evening as the sun started to yield to the moon made for a beautiful night out. It was complimented by the mare herself, who had a stray collection of hay seemingly confounded her.

Applejack heard Rarity'svoice and spotted the unicorn as she rounded gnarled old apple tree at the edge of the orchard. It was a favorite of hers, leftover from a bygone era of the farm.

"Well hi there Rarity!" She trotted up to her love, a huge grin on her face. "I'm so glad yah could meet me here! It's gonna be a really nice night." She came in closer, previous sips of apple wine enboldening her, and nuzzled up briefly before leaving a kiss on Rarity's cheek.

AJ hid her blush by turning towards the trail back to the campsite. "Right this way!" She lead the way at a walk, calming herself as she went. So they were at the site. The sun was starting to set as AJ showed Rares where she could set down her bag.

"I figure we'll get the fire started and then right over there," She pointed a hoof toward a small part between two apple trees. "Is a perfect view for sunset."

It was the Apple wine doing the talking- or more precisely, Applejack's desire for the apple wine to do the talking. There was only the barest hint of its aroma on her lips and she knew Applejack well enough to know that it took a lot to get her in any way moved from her rocky, centered self when it came to alcohol. Applejack still had a slight problem allowing her romantic intimacy get the better of herself and searched for...excuses. At least, that's how Rarity interpreted it. And she interpreted Applejack's kiss quite warmly, returning with a kiss of her own. She could get lost in that moment right there and then but they had a job to do. That job was getting this place up to snuff for the two of them. "Well, I suppose it is only fitting. We will need a fire to bundle up close to, no?" She said with a laugh.

She was no good when it came to starting fires. It was something she had learned in filly scouts and used on her camping trips but honestly if you had somepony else available and willing to do it, why get yourself involved? She wouldn't leave her mare alone, of course. Perish the thought of Rarity being anything less than the single greatest marefriend in the history of the concept, after all. Her horn lit and found a ragtag pile of sticks and some rocks and moved them to the place Applejack had intended. She wasn't one to organize that pile of course, that was for Applejack. She moved on to the tent, moving it and positioning it just so. "Such a wonderful idea, Applejack. I hope your farm doesn't need you tonight. Or in the morning, for that matter," she said with a smirk.

After a bit more doing the campsite was looking Rarity certified. The farm mare grinned and used her knowhow and skills to bring the stocks and rocks her mare had gathered with her magic into the assembly she had been working on. Soon it was all setup for a roaring fire which she'd light after watching the sunset.

AJ's cheeks turned a shade more rosy at the comment about the following morning. She cleared her throat to keep her mind on track and nodded towards the stop she had set up for viewing the sunset.

"Mac had things under control at the farm. Well him and Abby's willing to chip in too," she laughed softly and came up next to the unicorn. "Nopony's expectin' to hear from me til later tomorrow." She nuzzled Rarity softly on the neck and nudged her towards the two trees on the hillside up ahead." There were few things that topped the farm on her list but time with Rarity had started topping them all.

"Right this way," They made their way to the spot which had been prepared with a soft blanket, a couple pillows, a bottle of apple wine, and two glasses. "I set this part up myself," AJ grinned, proud of herself for hopefully setting things up the way Rares would like.

It was well and good that the farm was in the hooves of the other Apples this evening. While it would be impossible to imagine for a moment or more the Orchard without the efforts of Applejack at the forefront that did not mean that it necessarily required the sacrifice of all her time and vitality. Indeed, no mare in Equestria deserved a rest as much as she did. She worked herself to the nub of her hooves and then some every day so that her family may prosper. It was one of her many great qualities, her outstanding work ethic, but like several others it came with a devotion that bordered on psychotic. Breaking her away from the orchard required nearly an act of divine will. And Twilight was busy today, so it would fall upon the well-defined shoulders of Rarity to do it. She was very much up for the task, wasn't she Applejack?

Applejack nuzzled Rarity and Rarity replied by kissing the top of her mare's forehead, lost in the moment and warmth that the two created uniquely between each other. It was not so strange that they would find each other so attracted to one another. They both knew the value of work and while Rarity's brand was growing larger across Equestria, Applejack worked to maintain the legendary imprint her family name had on the world. Together, they would work on something even newer and grander: Each other. And that would require a lot of work because have you seen Applejack's mane after a day in the fields? She wasn't one to brag about her work but Rarity truly was a miracle worker when it came to the combating of split ends in her golden-maned paramour.

She giggled as she was taken to their camp. It was rustic and plain but she could tell that Applejack had put the effort into what she could. "Oooh, it looks lovely, Applejack," she said as she took her seat. She took the glasses and bottle and poured both of them, patting the table side opposite hers. "Now rest dear. You've been so very busy lately!"

AJ melted at the mere brush of Rarity's muzzle on her forehead. Something about the gesture was kind and also displayed just a hint of dominance. AJ didn't shy away from it, she liked a mare that could be in charge. And of course Rares could! She was a buisness mare in her own right, to the level with, if not moreso than AJ herself. She had her whole family to help with Sweet Aaple Acres. Rares ran her buisness on her own!

They snuggled down onto the blanket, poured some wine and prepared to watch the sunset. As both mares fixed their eyes on the firey orb making its slow decent at Celestial bidding, AJ found her eyes drawn to the figure of the mare next to her.

Everything about Rarity set AJ's world on fire. Sure she was beautiful in frame and figure but she had brains and a heart as big as tge Appaloosa plains. She'd let on her true heart for the unicorn quite a while ago now but there was so much more happening inside her that she just couldn't put into words.

AJ sipped her wine, the feeling of the drink relaxing her muscles little by little. She leaned in closer as the sun turned the sky deep red and orange.

"Beautiful, ain't it?"

It was in smaller moments that Rarity could allow herself to soak in the true beauty of the land around her. She would never be a mare who would enjoy the earthen works as much as her paramount but she knew instinctually how the easy tones melted together seamlessly in nature's grand design. Did the pegasi who control the skies, the Princess who moves the heavens above, and this beautiful mare alongside her ever register the design they unknowingly created? If only everything could work so wonderfully, yes? The greatest expression of this beauty was, of course, Applejack herself.

Her strength came through in her taut muscles which moved up and down her body. Not a part of her was weak, but it was real, well-bred muscle. She was less bulky in places than Rainbow Dash but had a more consistent firmness to her. Too much bulk could easily become distracting, even unattractive if not clothed well. But Applejack's entire body was chiseled and formed just so. She had the figure to support this mass while still looking gorgeous whenever she put in any effort whatsoever. Toned, fit, and beautiful, and that was before she did so much as blink once more and give thought to her boundless gifts in areas that mattered so much more than physicality.

Not that her physicality wasn't very appreciated.

"It is quite beautiful," she replied, speaking this time about the downing of the sun and the hues of light that radiated from it. She took a drink of her wine, a sip really. She smacked her lips daintily. "Ahh, delicious and rich as expected. What variety did you use this time?" She asked as she draped herself over Applejack, the concept of personal space having lost meaning.

AJ let out a relaxed breath as Rarity laid out across the blanket, allowing no personal space whatsoever. The farmmare was ever so happy with the notion, allowing herself as much contact as she could with her beautiful paramour. The two of them, being build so very differently, came together with an easy grace. She smiled as Rarity reflected on the wine in her cup. AJ took another sip of her own and glanced over.

"This here's from last autumn actually," She lifted her cup and swirled it for a moment before taking another sip. Russett golds, some sweet crisps, and a few good old fashioned smith's in there to give it a mellow blend with just a hint of lift at the end." She recited the phrases that went with the year's vintage. "It's good un'." AJ finished in her simple straight forward manner.

The sun dipped lower and AJ leaned in, resting her head on Rarity's shoulder. "Sure am glad you could make it out tonight," She reached up for a quick soft nip to the ear. "Been needin' some time away, the both of us,"

She wanted to just sit there in silence. More than rest she enjoyed the quiet- well, when it was appropriate. She was a busybody with a busy body much of the time and she knew the value of hard work. But that just made the quiet all the sweeter. The warmth, all the better. "This is a fine vintage, then. I remember when it released. I don't know why it didn't do better," she said with a sigh. Truth was that not everything you did would succeed, even if it should in theory. Rarity's autumn line had itself been somewhat of a dud commercially. She was proud of the work but...well, not everything could be a hit. "Still, I love it. What are you doing with the leftover bottles?" She asked as she leaned more into the muscles of her love.

She wanted to stay, stay right there, stay in Ponyville. But what Applejack said about needing time away hit closer than she'd like. She allowed her mare to talk about her wine fir a while, and then a few moments more. Her mind wandered, her mind raced, her mind tried to remain on anything but what she had to say. It was, after all, one of many reasons she had so desperately wanted this night alone with Applejack. "Oh, how we both needed. Of course I'd rather have time away in relaxation than time away from Ponyville, but work calls out, whether that is here or in Neighpon," she said with a discontented humph.

AJ reveled in pressure of her love's body pressing into her own. It felt so close, so together. Just what she wanted, for this moment, for as long as it would last. Rarity mentioned Neighpon and AJ's stomach tightened for a beat. She didn't want Rarity's work to whisk her that far away...well she did and didn't. The didn't for selfish reasons a'course. Travelling far and wide was part of Rarity's profession, her success. She would never ask her love to stop any of what she did. However, when the chance to be alone, in their home town, came to be...well those were moments to be savored like apple wine on the tongue.

"Hmm, I'm not sure either," She thought over the wine's vintage. "Buuut, when it don't sell that means more stored up in the cellars for night like this," She leaned down and kissed the mare full on the muzzle. She pressed herself close, filling her senses with her paramour and obsession. The wine was already making it easier for the apple mare to just let go. After a while she let up and leaned back a little, taking in a breath of night air. The sun had all but set now, the last rays flashing over the horizon, reflecting off Rarity's gem like eyes.

"So, uh," She laughed softly, overcome with emotion, with desire. "Ready to go get the fire started?" She laughed again. "The uh, actual campfire I mean. I've got some treats for us if yer game?"

She supposed there was something to be said for the failures of the past being remade into the successes of the present. Anypony who ran a business understood the necessity of such a belief. Pivoting away from that which failed was hard enough, but in order to truly turn a loss into a gain you needed to know how to use every scrap of cloth, every drop of drink. And tonight's gain was one of shared warmth and affection because while Applejack was never shy about her feelings, not once you broke her down, she became extra mindful of her emotions when she was a little...liquored up. Of course, Applejack could hold her drink far batter than Rarity yet it was the farmer who was beside herself in the glow of the moment. That meant she had either been drinking a lot already, or she just wanted an excuse. Rarity smirked as Applejack got especially affectionate. She knew an excuse when she saw one, and indulged both herself and her little farmer for a few moments, wrapping her tail around Applejack's upper legs in a controlling manner and keeping her close until the farmer pulled off, asking about the fire.

"Of course. Why, we can't have a night among the stars without some fire, now can we?" She asked with a laugh, releasing her farmer and getting up herself. She'd rather Applejack already have the fire started already but it was a matter of record that Applejack seemed to enjoy putting on a show of effort for her, as if such compensation was needed. Her horn lit up and she pulled several logs out of their positions near the camp- Applejack had prepared something, of course- and around the fire pit, and a few off to the site for good measure to sit on. She brushed one off with her tail and sat down, their drinks soon joining them nearby. "Now, what snacks did you say you had prepared?"

AJ with her outdoors knowhow had a fire crackling merrily within a shake of a lamb's tail! She patted one of the cushions that she added to the logs Rarity had levitated over. Then she moved a couple logs for a comfortable backrest. It was a comfy set up!

"Only the best a'course!" AJ responded to the snacks question with vigor. "Let's see here..."

She pulled out a number of small bundles wrapped in cheese cloth from her saddle bag that she had dropped nearby.

"We've got biscuit dough with fresh cheese inside for savory. That an' some dandelion honey mustard spread to dip. Really nice when they get toasted over the fire. For sweet, we've got some cherry tarts I bought from Pinkie today, granny's famous soft cinnamon apple rolls for toasting, and crunchy caramel apple cookies that Abby made!"

She unrolled the clothes a little so her mare could choose some treats. Rarity had a fine figure of course but she knew the unicorn would sometimes indulge in Sweet Apple Acres fare.

Oooh, the spread was divine! Indeed, she indulged herself in Sweet Apple Acres faire from time to time. A peck here, bite there, meal there, especially that rough mare. That one was, as the fillies like to say, a 'snack' herself and one she most certainly indulged in and planned on doing so later as well. For now, her mind was centered on snacks of a more immediate nature. She took a stick and stuck the dough and chees on it, dipped it in some honey mustard, and set it above the roaring fire that Applejack had finally managed to get started. "Oooh. I say, it feels as if you are trying to fatten me up, Applejack! This wouldn't be some devious scheme to get me to work out more, now would it?" Not everypony wants to start the day with an exercise routine, you know," she playfully chided as she went to grab a stick for Applejack with her magic. As it was being given to Applejack however, her magic suddenly went wild and she threw the stick some twenty paces away. "Oh no! My apologies, Applejack. Looks like you'll have to fetch your stick," she said with faux sorrow before looking over at it and back to Applejack. "Oh, and bring it back to me. Run along!"

AJ raised a brow at the comment then smiled.

"Ah Rares, any mare would kill for a figure like yours!" She winked. "An' you know it."

She watched as the unicorn selected some fare and set it to warm up. AJ reached for the stick that was held in Rarity's magic only to have it tossed off to the edge of the campsite.

"Well now, ain't that somethin' " She watched as it came to a landing some twenty feet away. Then Rarity asked her to fetch it. AJ's cheeks reddened just a tad at the rouse. The unicorn knew just how to get her fire started.

The farm mare took her time stepping over their seating logs, flicking her tail to the side as she did so. AJ knew what Rarity liked and she was happy to indulge. All those long hours of farm work gave AJ one heck of a flank to work with.

She made her way to the stick, bent down and picked it up in her muzzle. Then she trotted back nice and slow and stood before her mare, stick in mouth.

Awww, look at her go. She saw that reddening, the blush. Rarity knew exactly who Applejack was and what she needed and knew that Rarity could offer everything and more. It was so intriguing watching Applejack immediately go to get the stick. She was excited. So happy to comply. All it took was a little bit of ordering and the always ready to please Applejack abandoned all pretense. She even came back with the stick in her mouth and waited near Rarity. Who said you couldn't teach an old dog new tricks? Rarity allowed Applejack to wait there a few moments as she inspected her treat. Not yet ready.

Her horn lit up and she pulled the stick out of Applejack's mouth. "Good girl. Who's a good girl?" She cooed as she made the stick shake and move from left to right in a taunting manner, making sure to move it behind her head and even tapping it around her mane. "Want your stick? Fetch!" She said, giggling as she moved it in front of Applejack and then tossed it about twenty five paces away. She'd play with Applejack a bit and see where it lead. She had presents of her own to share, after all.

AJ knew where this little game was headed... it was embarrassing and she's die if any pony else ever knew she liked to play this game with Rarity. It was a little demeaning, in a way that exposed her to Rarity as she would do forgo pony else in this world. Even though it made her feel that way it also drew her to the unicorn. Something about baring her weaknesses to another, for a pony as strong as AJ, the mixed feelings brimmed into some sort of unbridled passion at times. Perhaps tonight would be one of those times?

The mare turned dutifully and trotted to the stick. She picked it up and put it in her muzzle once more. After this she came back and dropped it for the unicorn. As she did so, AJ's stomach rumbled a little. She could really go for some of those snacks...

Rarity didn't waste time throwing the stick, as she would a few more times. Each time accompanied by a playful smile and an eager waggling of the stick, and a few good girls thrown in for good measure. It was a rare thing to find somepony as strong as Applejack so willing to throw themselves at your hooves, and so readily admit to desires and feelings that in the wrong hooves could lead to humiliation. Of course, maybe Applejack would like that, as long as it was under Rarity's direction. It would be a lie to say it hadn't come as some shock to her, but not necessarily an unpleasant one. They all had tastes, after all.

As she kept her hungry Applejack running back and forth, she made sure to go through the saddlebag. She set up two plates and started setting up the food. Her snack was finished but she made sure to bring some sandwiches as well. She put Applejack's plate on the dirt next to Rarity's hooves and as Applejack returned with the stick she patted her lower legs. "Come and sit. I need someplace to rest my hooves, dear. And you need to eat. Come!" She patted again and relaxed, taking her marshmallow and blowing on it a few times before devouring it. "Hmmm. Delicious!"

Applejack returned and spied the plates her mare had set up. Of course their little game was bound to continue. There was just something about taking on this role with the unicorn. She'd never stoop like this for anypony else. But putting off her strength and taking a role that made her cheeks burn with embarrassment, well, it really did wonders in the turning oneself on department.

She nodded, doing as she was bid. The snacks did look good but they were down in the dirt. Down by the pedicured and pampered hooves of her mare. AJ came close, dropping down to lay beneath the log. She could get to her snacks from here and provide a place on her back for Rarity's hooves.

AJ reached for a snack with her muzzle and chewed, wagging her tail as she did so. This was humiliating but somehow exhilarating. Thankfully no pony else knew they were here and they were so far out nopony else would see. After she finished her snack she looked up towards Rarity. She really wanted to sit on the log with her and kiss her but she'd have to wait until she was told to do so...

Rarity didn't bother hiding her predator's smile as Applejack, without needing any verbal commands, assumed her position. She also didn't waste time taking advantage of it, using the mare's back as a hoofstool so she could lay out and keep her hooves clean. Well, cleaner than being on the ground, in any case "Hmmm, yes. This'll do nicely, my dear," she said as her horn lit up and she got another treat, tossing it on the ground near Applejack's greedy muzzle. Then she got one for herself- and another glass of whine- and allowed the silence to rule the moment for some time. Once in a while she would toss another treat on the ground and allow Applejack to feed herself, as Rarity drank more and more of the wine.

After a while, a familiar, sinister, and playful smile started to crease over her. "I wonder, I wonder. What is it about this that makes you so very much excited to act this way?" She said as she bent down to pet Applejack. Her horn lit up and this time she "And to think I would fall in love with such a silly little dog. Why, I could do better. After all, look at you greedily eating off the ground. What a messy mutt you've turned out to be. What better could I expect though? Tsk tsk," She spat with faux venom, shaking her head as the item she pulled out finally came in. It opened and then quickly clasped around Applejack's neck, clicking in place. A nice black collar with a nametag, tight enough to be noticed and unable to be pulled off by anything but her magic.

She magically tugged it, just to make sure it was on well. "Imagine if our friends saw this. Oh, the scandal! Rainbow Dash would be relentless, all the mocking and jokes. Pinkie wouldn't know what to think but I bet she'd find it funny, at the least. Twilight would just ask so many questions- I'd answer them on your behalf, of course. Fluttershy?" She giggled. "Well, I bet she'd enjoy it. I bet I could send you to her for a while to get some proper obedience training. Oh!" She sat up excitedly, downing another glass. "I bet Twilight could change your official status to my pet. Oh, how nice would that be? The first pony to pet legal change in history! A bit accurate, don't you think? Who's a good girl?" She said as she used her hooves to push Applejack on her back and pet her stomach for a small while. When she got her fill of that she slapped the log next to her. Now and only now would she allow Applejack out from under her hooves.

She got another full glass, smelling it as Applejack assumed the position.

"This wine is very, very good. You outdid yourself, as you always do," she said before that sinister smile creeped back in. "Ponies only though!" The glass hovered over the fire and she poured it in, the fire roaring briefly as the alcohol was added, illuminating Rarity in all of her playfully, awfully sinister, drunken self.

AJ purred softly as her belly was rubbed. She was reveling in this feeling of submission just a little too much! There was just something intoxicating about letting Rarity lord over her. She could literally have asked her to do pretty much anything. Applejack would have complied. She couldn't help it. It just felt too good, too right to be wrong. Too wrong to be right. All the feelings knotting in her gut made her shiver and she continued to enjoy their play.

As she scooted up onto the log to sit beside the beautiful unicorn she tipped the glass of wine into the fire. It shot up, illuminating the scene. In the moment she could see that Rarity had indeed gone and gotten herself nice and tossed.

The farm mare said nothing. She did scoot over, nuzzling against the unicorn, plying her for some intimate attention.

Rarity allowed her pet to nuzzle against her for a while, gently rubbing behind the ears like all good mutts enjoyed, downing another drink as she contemplated the roaring fire inside and out. It was a wondrous and terrible thing, passion, and it only ever led to outcomes equally drastic. She was a slave to it and always had been. The moment to moment trials of life gave her shocks every time and she responded in kind. Applejack was different. Her passion was a slow burn. It, like the mare was currently, was leashed and collared and subdued by forces greater than itself. That did not change the nature of passion, however, just its expression, and as the two indulged one another in a perfect relationship Rarity knew that it was only right and proper that the night find its way someplace new.

As she finished yet another drink, the mare gently placed the glass on the ground and leaned into her mutt. "Applejack dear, you've been such a good girl tonight, haven't you?" She asked coyly, expecting a nice and proper loud bark in response as she rubbed the mutt's neck, trailing the lines of the collar along her fur. She then gently tugged it in, bringing Applejack in close. "Good girls get rewarded," she breathed huskily before planting a big kiss on Applejack. After a few more moments of indulgence, her hoof still holding onto the collar, she turned back and looked into her bag. She found the leash and then tied it to the collar, standing up  and tugging along. "Up, girl," she said and allowed Applejack to do it. "All fours now," she demanded. When Applejack complied Rarity stumbled against AJ's side and then mounted her on the back, leash still in hoof. She then pointed at the tent. "Take me, take me there, darling. Or do you need a saddle to be ridden?"

AJ fell into the kiss, giving in to the desires of the lovely unicorn. She kissed back long and full of passion, resisting the urge to wrap her hooves around Rarity to pull her close. Rarity was in charge tonight, she was wearing the pants. AJ was wearing the collar.

She felt the leash snap on and a tug as the unicorn tested the connection. AJ gulped against the circlet, feeling harnessed and allowing submission to creep over her.

Then, as she dropped to all fours, she felt felt a new level of embarrassment and pleasure as the unicorn mounted her. She was to be ridden to the tent? Well, she could think of nothing she'd rather do!

Both ponies were well and truly intoxicated. Their bodies warm, their hearts rapid. Apple wine had that effect even on the more strong willed of equine. AJ felt the swooning weight of the mare on her back, loving the connection and excited for the rest of their night.

She would take Rarity to the tent and then, well, then she would let the wine decide what happened next...

The rest of the night transpired the way one would imagine it would when two mares were very much in love, and in lockstep, very drunk and more than a little excited to have their time alone. It lasted for some time, interspersed with laughter, love, and all the accompaniments of their relationship. And more wine. Always more wine. After some time they eventually fell out of habit and line with staying awake and drifted off in their joint warm, drunken embrace. It was quite beautiful.

But mostly messy. Rarity's mane looked like a purple star that had gone supenova. Her head was buried near Applejack's neck, her horn laying on top of Applejack, and their limbs were entwined. One of her hooves pulled all the way around Applejack and kept her larger, warmer mare close. They snored together loudly and allowed the hours to tick on by in blissful, drunken sleep. Rarity had forgotten only one thing- to remove Applejack's collar. Not that it would matter. She could always just remove it when she woke up, after all. No big deal.

Some hours later...

"APPLEJACKRARITYWAKEUPWENEEDYOULORDTIMEIS HERE-!"
"Pinkie Pie, they don't even know about her, why would they-"
"Girls, shh! I think this is where they are..."

Rarity shuffled in place, her eyes not yet fluttering wide.

"Looks like they had fun last night. Maybe all this wine is why they missed all the action..."
Titters.
"Oh, look, the tent-"

An explosion far off in the distance, not enough to truly wake Rarity but enough to pull her out of her deep slumber. She started to stretch into Applejack, enjoying her warmth while subconsciously preparing to go back to sleep.

"Get them up! We gotta move! I'm not sure how long my spell can hold her off!"

And with that, Pinkie Pe barreled into the tent, opening it up and allowing the other members of the Elements of Harmony to see Rarity and Applejack tied up close together, the smell of Apple wine bursting out of the tent.
"APPLEJACKRARITYWAKEUPWENEEDYOULORDTIMEIS HERE-!"
"Uhhh..."
Rarity could hear the blush as she woke up in a startle. "WHAT'S HAPPENING?!"
"Wake up! There's some new villain and we need you-"
"Why does Applejack have a..."
Fluttershy tapped the collar, and the heroines were all silent.

  • 3 weeks later...

AJ was trotting a long and slow teot through the Golden hours of her orchards. The sweet smell of apple mixing with another smell even more sweet. A heady smell that made her head spin a little.

An extra loud snore caught in her throat and she roused, smacking her lips and sighing. The tent was warm and full of the lingering thoughts of a night well spent in love. Rarity was sprawled across her chest, their limbs entangled. The unicorn's soft grey horn was resting under her chin and Rarity's mane surrounded her in unkempt, sweet smelling tangles.

Then came the girls... AJ groaned as their long sought privacy was desecrated by their friends. She was about to protest when Fluttershy drew near and tappedat her neck.

*tink tink*

AJ put a hoof up, pressing Flutter's hoof away. A deep crimson blush was forming on her face now. Realization that part of their demeaning and secret game was on display for all to see!

"We, uhhh, we should go outside," She heard herself croak while making for the tent flap.

AJ's mind raced but in the moment she couldn't think of any good excuse for the collar. She gaveRarity a pleading look. Maybe she could think of something...
