Hippo Posted September 17, 2011 Report Posted September 17, 2011 I noticed that there is a limit to 150 PMs in the mailbox. Is there anyway we can get an increase in that? Or, if no one truly needs that many PMs for reference, is there a way we can get the mailbox to automatically delete the oldest PMs? The frustrating this is that if you try to send someone a message and their box is full, the sending will fail.
Autumn Posted September 18, 2011 Report Posted September 18, 2011 Sooo... you want me to create a system of automatically pruning your PM posts (some you may want to keep) because you can't be bothered to delete some?
Hippo Posted September 18, 2011 Author Report Posted September 18, 2011 Well, it's more annoying when I can't send a message to someone because they wont delete their own. I can delete my own, but I can't delete someone elses.
BaconofChaos Posted September 18, 2011 Report Posted September 18, 2011 Admins and helpstaff can PM someone even if their mailbox is full. If you can't message someone, ask the helpstaff to send them a PM telling them to empty their inbox. That's what happened to me. I was using 134% of my inbox space XD
