Neoniie Posted December 27, 2011 Report Share Posted December 27, 2011 I just wanted to clear up something that I've been wondering about for a while, mostly because a future OC may have relevance to this question and somepony else may need to refer to it in the future.So, if I had a character who wanted to join a pre-established group (ie. the REA or the Shadowbolts), would I be required to ask the leader/creator of that organization for permission for my character to be a part of it?I'm pretty certain I know what the answer will be, but I thought I should ask all the same. For the REA, since it's a group of ponies on a large scale, wouldn't require any special permission. For the Shadowbolts, I'd say it's a good idea if you inform the creator of the group--but they can't stop you from making a character. That is a small group of ponies, more closely knit.
