Probably, I wonder if she'll just make a tornado so great she can't control it then. Although the title Hurricane Fluttershy would be misleading then =/

Dragonshy : Fluttershy overcomes a real, natural fear and stands up for her friends as a result of it.

Stare Master : Fluttershy babysits the CMCs. She's not really afraid through the episode to overcome a scary thing (except for going into Everfree), showing a more maternal side.

Green Isn't Your Color : Fluttershy works on her social skills in this one. There's no real "Fluttershy is scared of critter X Y Z" element going on here.

A Bird in the Hoof: Fluttershy shows faithful compassion, not fear, here, going so far as to kidnap a creature in order to nurse her back to health. This was fearless, and doesn't show a plot element anything close to the previously mentioned episodes.

Putting Your Hoof Down: She spends most of the episode standing up for herself, albeit in the wrong way.

All of the above: Fluttershy practices being assertive.
