Wanting to be your friend and chat with you doesn't relate to the Friendship is Magic series in any direct way.

Yes callamo it has to relate to the MLP series but any other chatter is usually found in the spam tables, in regards to your looking for friends where would you talk to them? Private message here? Steam? XBL? or PSN?

You can click on a users profile here and add them as a friend to chat with, also it is a good idea to visit the IRC chat to meet others, granted we are all very loving and tolerant of each other.
