I'm more of an art (drawing, music, writing) person than a food person. Does that make sense? I don't know because sometimes baking is considered an art. Making cake is a difficult balance, but if you understand the science behind it, it's very rewarding!My cupcakes're chocolate by the way -- they're baking right now!
