OC Concept - Moonbow Guile (#9)

An OC in the works for the RP, inspired from one of the fillies watching RD's race in episode 23 (around the 18:37 mark on itunes - the white one with a blue mane). To the top left is the original filly and to the top right is my vision of her appearance as a mare. I'm thinking of giving her an alias as a resemblance to the female Shadowbolt - she'd just have to dye her mane and tail a darker blue and comb her mane back (as I've noticed, the Shadowbolt's pelt is white where it's showing on the ears and snout outside of her costume). The roses are my attempts at drawing a rose for her cutie mark - reason for the cutie mark will be revealed in the application when I complete and post it.
