I use photoshop 7.0 for most of my art needs, if I had the moneys, I might upgrade to a newer version, but for the most part the only thing I really miss about later editions is that I can't import other people's brushes.

Photoshop is cool, I use the second-best thing, Gimp 2.8. Mostly because I don't have the money for it.
