  1. Woo, Changeling Queens everywhere!
  2. Hey, remember when I was completely done making those cards forever? Oh wait, that never happened. Enjoy!
  3. Ah, the pony to the right is indeed another OC! In this case, that is Emperor Mondo, ruler of La Itailia and Apis's father, making him by that extension Celestia and Luna's uncle. And to answer your question, Erlen, while Canterlot does handle seasonal change, Spike doesn't say weather! Nay, Apis's dominion over wind is in full, just as Celestia's power over the sun isn't limited only to Equestria.

  5. I'm finished with it, finally. There are no words to describe my joy. THERE ARE NO WORDS.

    Changeling OC, further proof that I need to make an OC out of everything. ;A;

  7. Back again! This time with Changelings! OC Changeling Queens. Lordy, I do anything and everything, don't I? <:I
  8. Canterlot Gardens is tomorrow! As such, I'll be out for the weekend, plus tomorrow for travel and all that somesuch. Anyone else going? Look for me, here's a pic of my cosplay! Without wig, since the pic I took with the wig's blurry. :I Not bad for my first shot at cosplay, I think! Anyhow, see you people there!

    Though I don't think it's the finest of the bunch, I still think it's at least worth something! In commemoration of a lovely and happy marriage between lovers, I present this nice little vector for the two of you! May you have many cherished years together!

  10. Alright, time for a REAL update, after about a million years! And none too soon. A heavy and heartfelt congratulations to the happy couple! it was a pleasure arting for you! c;
  11. Such a wonderful thing it was to hear of your wedding, and even more wonderful to be given the opportunity to congratulate you with an artpiece! I wish you both a long and very happy life!
  12. Sorry for the mondo-long break, here's a bit of something to break the silence, spoilered on account of maybe being seen as a little fetish-y, but still clean. Just being careful.
  13. Hey guys, two weeks left! Bumping this up to stir some excitement and maybe see if anypony else is showing!
  14. I guess it means I met one of the writers before you heard about it! Ran into Dromaeosaur25 at Trotcon, wowed him with a bit of singing for This Day Aria, he told be about OiM, and there you go! Speaking of art, but also not even mentioning art, I won't have an update for a bit of time, on account of needing to get these commissions over and done with, starting the moment I got in the door from the school bus. Not to make a blog of things, but I was dead-tired, so I tried to sleep on the bus. And it worked. Soundest sleep I've ever had on a public vehicle.
  15. Okay, art's gonna be picking up from here on in. Twice in a row, woohoo! What's our next subject? Me trying to draw griffons! So, here's my first attempt at a griffon OC. Charles Shrillcrest, specialist in the study of dragon anatomy and behavior. Cute accent too, or so I'm told.
  16. Do much browsing around pony blogs? How about Obsession is Magic? http://obsessionismagic.blogspot.com/ It's a pretty thorough blog in terms of the smaller fandom parts, which is something I've come to appreciate about them! So, what did I do? I made a guest banner. I saw they even did a thank you post on the site when it was put up. Thank you guys :'I
  17. Hey, I'm getting closer and closer to launching Ask La Itailia! All that's left are the minor pleasantries. Such as: Of the six, WHICH PONY SHOULD GREET YOU? Each one has their own perspective on things, and their personalities, not to mention talents, are going to give the big first impression! So, to please, I'm letting the audience decide: WHO is best pony of the cast? http://crpdude.deviantart.com/journal/poll/3081649/ Vote here, for the fate of La Itailia depends on it!
  18. Further preparation for Ask La Itailia! You might like this if you like adoptables! Why did I mention adoptables? Because I plan on making unique adoptables of these adorable and useful critters! Interested? Check my page on DA for updates on when they'll be rolling around! http://crpdude.deviantart.com/
  19. Best thing I've ever eaten: Everythin' Bagel, Kalamata Olive spread, Smoked salmon, a tiny bit of salt for good measure. Best breakfast of my life, I swear
  20. Corsie already know this, but to anypony attending, I'll be there too! Woe to you who dares attend as Shining Armor, because I'll be creeping on you, and that's a promise. Trust me: I'll be hard to miss. That said, looking forward to seeing many a pony there! And, Corse, I hope your kid has more fun at CG than he did at Trotcon, no?
  21. c': This sounds adorable as all-get-out, and while I'd love to see this come to fruition, I only wish I could work on something like this myself! Sadly, I'm chock full of things and school, and notoriously terrible when it comes to shipping. Oh well, best of luck to the writers that say to go for it!
  22. Ornatia was more than pleased to hear that she could forego any sort of wait, as she was rather antsy to get a move-on as it was, let alone need to queue. When Bramble rejoined her and finished speaking, she nodded, saying, “Having made a good distance around my own country, I can comprehend the idea of tourism as a chief industry. Though, I must admit,” she continued to speak as she walked with Bramble to the outside of the building, “For a city with tourism as a key part of its industry, I see little in terms of history. Unless, of course, this is yet another difference between our lands?” Ornatia shrugged a little. It was frustrating how often it seemed to be that words and phrases could take on such different meanings between countries. Ornatia waited for Bramble’s response, silently looking over the carriages. Something roomy, cushioned, not very bumpy... It took her a moment to realize she had ironically high standards, considering the state her family was in during her youth, and her otherwise everpresent respect for simplicity. At this she rolled her eyes, and was prepared to playfully hit herself on the noggin once again, but dismissed the idea, feeling that she had shown enough physical silliness for the day. Nonetheless, one of the carriages, a lighter blue in color, caught her eye, and when Bramble finished, she turned to him and spoke again, “I think we should choose that one, the blue, slightly longer one? What do you think?"
  23. I don't usually cry much when it comes to emotional scenes, even when I do relate to them. Maybe it's because I'm a horrible pony? There have only been two scenes I can think of in the series thus far that I began to tear up at. The first was when Rarity takes a look at Sweetie Belle's picture in Sisterhooves Social. Now, my own ambitions by coincidence mirror that of Rarity: get your name out so that ponies know who you are, we both have champagne tastes (though of the two of us, I'm the only one with a beer budget ) and tend to be as giving to our friends as we're able, though we both go in over our heads every once and a while. All the more reason then for empathy, because my relationship with my younger step-brother is nearly identical to that between Sweetie Belle and Rarity: he's very dedicated and looks up to me, but I don't appreciate it as much as I ought to, even seeing him as a nuisance on occasion. So, when I did get to seeing that picture, a show of the love and appreciation Sweetie Belle had for Rarity, which she was so quick to admonish at first, but actually came to appreciate when she actually took the time to look, it wouldn't be such a surprise to know that I felt the same way that Rarity did at that very moment: like I wasn't appreciating my step-brother (9 years old and a brony as well, how about that, no?) for what he was worth. Though that episode spoke to me in many ways, it was that particular scene that stirred some powerful emotions in me. The second was only one moment in A Canterlot Wedding, Part 2, but it was a beautiful moment, and one that I feel compelled to play over and over again when I get home: those two, maybe three seconds where Cadence embraces Shining Armor, still under the control of Chrysalis, and sends out that one, single heart. Unsure of whether she could do anything at all, she poured all the love she ever had for him into one, single, tiny little spark, and sent it off, perhaps unintentionally, and yet in the end, it was that very spark that saved him. As a lover myself in a sadly long-distance relationship with a kind, tolerant, and rather cute young man, I felt something unexplainable when I first saw that scene, and if felt to me like it, in my mind, meant, that no matter how great the distance, even if he doesn't know my face like he used to, even if he does forget my name, everything he has done for me could never let me love him any less.
