I have two people I'd consider to be my best friends... They both hate ponies, one actually has a credible case since she's watched episodes and simply didn't like them and she's perfectly fine with me being a brony... The other one hasn't seen any episodes and when I told him that he can't really say anything since he never saw the show, he responded with, "Yeah, I kinda can." I wish at least one of my friends was a brony

Oh wow. Those people in the photo were the only bronies and pegasisters I could find at this. But then again, my way of counting them was to shout, "Alright, Bronies and Pegasisters, group photo!"

Hey guys, Conor Colton here. Just wanted to share with you guys what has been probably the greatest weekend of my life. I'll get straight to the point and say, I attended my first con, Q-Con, a gaming and anime convention held every year over here. At first, I wasn't that excited for it, my friend who convinced me to go was practically jumping about with excitement the week leading up to it and I was just...normal, I guess. But when we got there, the irony was was that I was enjoying it more than she was. I was practically buzzing the entire three days the con was running, and I got to experience something I never thought I ever would...Other bronies, almost everywhere! And I don't know, the place just had an uplifting feeling about it, everybody was friendly, funny, and easy going. I mention easy going since I have a little pic to share with you guys... Big brony and pegasister group photo!...And there's me...looking plain...with no costume...and I'm pretty sure my eyes are closed And finally, something that I got to mark the occasion and is proudly framed... Pony swag! I can't remember the name of the talented individual who drew me as a pony, but rest assured, I didn't draw this and all credit goes to her...whoever she was And that's pretty much it really, and to make you guys feel that this wasn't a complete waste of your time looking at this, I'll leave you guys with a question... How was your first con?

My dad came with me to get my first actual bit of pony memorabilia...an AJ brushable Anyway, my dad works in England so he's only home every now and again, and it was during one of his stays in England that I told my parents I was a brony. I don't know what happened or whether or not I had said something misleading or something or whether it was my mum describing it on the phone to him but when we got to a store just down the street from us that I had saw a pony in before, we walked to the pink isle and when I picked up the AJ...my dad gave me the most weirded out look I have ever seen. First thing he said to me, "Aren't those for girls?" which led to some light explanation before getting out of there with the AJ. The conversation my parents had afterwards was absolutely hilarious, my dad still confused and my mum knowing way, waaaaaaay more than he did Not a bad story for my first pony

...That's a very good question That's gonna be the only thing I think about all day now, and to be honest, I don't mind. It's an interesting avenue of thought

I#ll be another taker Well I'm writing a HiE fic, and I haven't really mentioned much in the way of the ponies age, in fact I was about to but then stopped that line of dialogue I established what my human's age is very early on and I was going on the logic that the mane six and other ponies like them are adults, somewhere between 20-25 years old. I can see why other ways of looking at it exist though, this was my way of telling my story with relative convenience. So my head canon also involves Equestrian's living as long as humans
