WInter flinched away from the griffon as he burst into the room. Winter took up a pickaxe and put on a facade, pretending nothing had just happened. He reasoned that if he pretends not to notice the angry griffon, the griffon shouldn't notice him. He took a swing at a nearby rock that jut out from the cave wall. It fell to the ground after only a few swings, leaving an empty space behind. Winter continued to pick at this section of the wall, finding nothing, but carrying on anyways. He wasn't aiming to find gems and jewels, he was aiming to look like he was working.
