''yup Strife's the name, wait a minute yo-'' she couldn't finish her sentence cause by then, the colt had ran off to hide behind a potted plant ''ah so YOU are Timid, I remember our little adventure, though I must remind you'' she walked toward the plant ''I never put you in there, and have no interest to do so'' she smiled warmly ''now there are no changelings either, those were ''blown away'' by miss Cadence a while ago'' she giggled abit at her own word joke ''now why dont you come out of there, no need for hiding anymore''

Strife gave him a glare ''what to do with you, what to do, you see, you just gave me a larger reason to keep you here then let you go, you've dissobeyed our direct orders and with that those of the princesses, now you come, telling me about what kind of troublesome ponies you are, and yet you expect me to let you run free in Canterlot, the city I've sworn to protect?'' she shook her head in disbelief as she continued looking at Eagle hoping for a legitimate answer this time around, all the while giving Radiant an uncertain look. (sorry for the late reply all, I kinda forgot I was up )

Strife was galloping down the corridor when the archivists voice was heard again "Running off from anyone who will speak with you? Eh?" followed by "Strange, how one who seeks affection so desperately is so quick to desert those in need..." ''oh, I had hoped we could have a nice little chat!'' Strife wasted no time on the second remark until she saw wall rise up in-front and behind her ''Desert those in need, those ponies were fine, its you that needs a visit!'' she started beating at the walls around her with her hind legs trying to break out "Surprised? Don't be. You've put up so many walls around yourself, I don't see how adding a few more will make any difference!" Strife felt her kicks strength drop when this remark made it to her ears, she sat down and started thinking how does somepony know all this about me, its impossible clearly he just made a wild guess... but why does it hurt so much? she shook the thought off rather quickly and decided that the bookcases would probably hold structural weaknesses because of being so old she then yelled to re-assure herself ''I'll make sure you get a few walls surrounding you by the end of this day!''

"They are probably just waiting for me outside the gates..."`Strife overheard Timid say, turning to him, she knew him from somewhere, but couldn't quite lay her hoof on it ''I could walk you home, if you'd want'' she smiled at Timid ''also I like how you took care off that miss Cadence.'' (sorry short one)

Strife turned to Silver ''dont let him get to you, he's just trying to put us against each-other, like said before'' she gave an uncertain and hopeless look ''I ofcourse would love to find midnight, but I am absolutely clueless to where she would be, if you can find the way back, feel free to go for her, while I'll go ahead and but this weirdo and maniac behind bars'' moments later Strife galloped down the corridors fearless of the darkness as ever.

Strife smiled when Cadence welcomed her and the other pony ''thank you princess'' she walked up to Cadence and bowed her head in greeting ''I'm Strife, might I say I think its very nice of you to throw yourself into the public like this, its always good to see a princess is interested in her subjects'' she smiled a bit, hoping she wasn't too formal on her ''I wondered, what are your thoughts on princess Luna's royal guard?'' she tried hiding the fact that she was one for now, because she wanted to be certain she got an honest and kind of personal answer from Cadence.

Strife shyly walked inside, outside of her lunar guard armour, she was a easily scared and shy mare, but her curiousity had taken the better of her when she heard about this entire happening, it made her feel good that Cadence did something to meet her subjects. walking in, she looked around, luckely for her her guardsmare poker face held even outside her armor, she perked her ears a bit as she heard a conversation "I'm Princess Cadence, and this is the rest of the committee behind me. If you didn't know already, the Canterlot Royal Public Relations is one of the more accessible channels between the castle and the rest of Equestria! We often have small groups travel far and wide to meet with our subjects to make sure everything is going as well as it can. We also sometimes act as liaisons between others like the griffons or the zebras. We'd love to answer any questions you might have!" she backed off a little come on Strife! you're a guardsmare, they wont bite and if they do bite back! most ponies would think it a weird thought, but it re-assured her, she wanted to get on good with Cadence, showing her that even the Lunar guard would support her, so.. she walked in happily.

Strife was growing impatient rather quickly by all the commotion she heard, she couldn't really miss it anyway, the doors weren't open yet and she had no where else to focus her ears, she decided that perhaps she could play the innocent act and just ask what was wrong, but somehow she felt that she might just make things worse, so she declined that act in her head for now, just listening to them. "I ask again: what are you doing here? Why do you need to get in this building? If it's so important, I'll get this blockhead at the door to move and send you on your way. If you don't want to tell me, I'll assume it's not important". well said, Strife thought as she smiled in her head that should rap things up.. but it could make them worse she scratched the back of her head with her hoof on that thought, and decided to just set her mind to what she would do in her first meeting, it was rather all new to Strife, having been thrown into the Lunar guard rather quickly and un-prepared, especially for something like this, she never expecting civilians to try and get inside, or was he from something she didn't know?

Strife ran forward when she heard the ''archivist'' ''no time I've got to put this mad pony behind bars'' she ran forward eventually arriving at Arcana ''do you know where he is, it seemed to come from everywhere..'' Strife looked around puzzled for a moment ''no doubt its a unicorn now.'' she walked forward slowely looking around for clue's to where the voice would've been able to come from, it must've had a specific origin.

Strife pointed her gaze at Eagle ''seems like we got two more that are here for a long time, actually, seems like you and all your brothers will be accused of disobeying a Lunar Guardsmare on duty, a dungeon Guard on duty, and the princesses themselves, yep. you'll sit for a long time'' she turned her gaze toward Radiant ''what do you think, should I let him, or should I simply call the rest of the guard?''

Strife was following the torches down the lit up path, noticing only darkness beyond those torches, she tried extinguishing one, only to have it re-ignite after a moment. now thats interesting she thought as she continued her investigation, it was a while before she noticed a voice behind her call out "Where are you???" she recognized it as from one of the ponies from earlier, and replied in a kind manner ''who are you looking for dear?" she continued in-specting the surrounding area, slowly advancing up her shadowy path.

''your attempts to itimidate us are pathetic, I am not afraid of this mentally in-stable pony, I know what I am capable of, and as a royal guard, I'm supposed to protect the princess, there's no getting past me.'' Strife blew her mane away from her eye ''but I'd love to see you try.'' she gave eagle an un-impressed look when he mentioned what his brother had done in the past ''then its time he started respecting the authority of the princess, or leave equestria and not come back.'' she stood up and gave him a cold stare ''for you are under their rule, not your own, we have rules here and you are to obey them, no questions asked. We, are part of those rules.'' she smirked ''so, feel free to try, your only giving me permission to use violence.'' she saw that they were trying something, so she held the whistle her captain gave her, and played around with it a bit, one blow on that whistle, and guards would come swarming here.

Strife rolled her eyes at Radiant ''Radiant that ''empty threat'' might've just gotten the foal back into his cell without violence, did they not teach you that you sometimes NEED to adapt, it was an empty threat I wouldn't have forced him, no matter what you may think of me I'm just doing my duty, maybe a bit different then you, but still I am very aware of what I can and cant, and as a royal Lunar guardsmare, my can's are a bit more numerous then yours'' Strife sighed and turned to Eagle ''what about the word ''NO" do you not understand?'' she then turned to Lucky '' look dont make me look like the bad mare here, I believe that you were falsely accused, but without solid evidence, my hooves are tied, so either step back into your cell now, or face a long trail'' she decided that maybe a neutral approach would help calm this pony down, but she still couldn't believe what Radiant was doing, didn't she want to end this madness?, or was she just like some fresh recruit barely out of training that follow the guide to the letter, no pony did that, they were guidelines anyway.

Strife, being a royal lunar guardsmare, didn't fear the darkness surrounding her at all, actually, she rejoiced in it, until torches were lit around her and she looked upon everypony there so much for a nice Stallion she giggled, and flew upward a bit, floating above the ground she heard a voice "I do hope you'll be able to find all that you're looking for down here, but... understand that knowledge doesn't come free... I expect something from each of you in order to get the information you desire... Let me start you off down the correct path..." ''you know, ponynapping me is probably the worst idea you've had, your going to jail for this stupid prank buddy.'' she gazed into the direction of the torches ''but finding out what you're up to is probably a correct path to take'' Strife blundly followed the torches, not really aware about the others anymore, her mind set to putting this ''prankster'' behind bars.

Strife stood on her hind legs as she stared at Eagle, hearing Timid rant, an idea snapped into her mind. ''oh I dont think so, eagle, I've got a better proposition.'' she turned to face Lucky ''Either you go back into your cage right this instant, or everyone in these cells will just have to spend the rest of their lives within these cells.'' she gave him a cold gaze ''oh and be a good boy and hand over that key before I'm forced to take it with force''

Strife was caught of guard when she heard a voice say "Discover what you came here for." Strife turned to look behind her, and was blinded by surge of light ''in the name of the princesses, what is this!?" she wanted to move but couldn't as she noticed she was being lifted of her hooves, she spread her wings, but those remained forcefully closed as well. moments later she found herself on her back, in an uknown place ''that was NUTS'' she then crawled to her hooves.

''yeah, I've worked with Radiant before, during one of my day shifts, I chose to work that day because normally I'd be asleep, but I was wide awake so no point in staying in bed, luckely the captain didn't mind and was able to get me something to do'' she giggled at Timbre Swing as he tried pro-nouncing prestigious giving him a re-assuring wink ''I love your accent, and your right, its pretty prestigious alright''

"ain't that right beautiful." Strife growled at the comment, until she heard Radiant ''one things certain'' Strife pointed a hoof at the combative pony ''you aren't getting away with this, you've refused to listen to a royal lunar guard and another regular guard, your dug yourself in deep'' Strife by now had lost the small amount of sympathy she had for the ponies here, so far they've proven a nuisence and probably belong here.

(who's the blue unicorn mare btw? ''dark-blue unicorn over there'' you meant Strife?) Strife overheard the conversation, not really purposly but having kept an eye on them, she couldn't help it. She really didn't know what to think of all of it, seemed like a stupid prank to her, it seemed odd to her, secrets that the princesses would hide, if they were the ones to hide it that is. she doubted that even more, she'd never think Luna would hide anything since she had returned, it would leave a bad mark if that ever came out, perhaps it was princess celestia, she had the tendacy to hide stuff from her subject, but always with good reason. she thought it was especially odd that this mean unicorn would aid them, she had heard the remark she made to the other pony earlier when she apologised. But deciding that it didn't require her attention yet, Strife continued her own personal reading.
