1. The singer explained about her voice and enjoyment of her musical life, then stood up. "You know, it's an unspoken social rule that when one pony tells you their name, you tell them yours." Showboat snarked half jokingly.
2. Shade seemed just as distracted by Slick's socks as Knight (and everypony else) was. She began giving him her own socks and talking with him rather than telling him her funny story. It bugged Knight and didn't help his initial impression of them. Knight sighed, and laughed more when Slick teased Knight's ability to speak with fillies. "Oh yes, you're definitely the best looking filly on this bus." He responded sarcastically. "Give me one, we'll be the Sock Bros!" Knight tried to imagine himself next to Slick, both wearing one sock. He laughed at the image.
3. What if the 'extra power' Sombra gets is the Alicorn Amulet? I theorized that Sombra would return in the finale with it, but unfortunately it was wrong. Either way, that's my suggestion!
4. The mare finished and began packing up. Experience with talking made Showboat know to wait 'till she finished packing before disturbing her. She was almost finished when she fell over on her head! Showboat ran over to her. "Are you okay?" He asked her, thankful to see that there was no blood. "You look fine. I'm Showboat Forte, attorney at law. Remember it, for someday I shall be famous!" Showboat gave her his normal, flamboyant introduction, with a dramatic bow. "Anyways, you did awesomely! Where'd you learn to sing like that?" Let's just go home and sleep. We need rest! I'm not missing this opportunity! Urgh... You're really annoying sometimes.
5. Knight turned to Slick, who was putting socks on! And, being Slick, he didn't put them on in any normal way. Knight was laughing his flank off at the sock dangling from his ear! He was a bit disappointed when he put it ton in the conventional way, but still found it funny that his friend was wearing socks. "You're so awesome Slick!" One of the fillies, Violet was it? Asked Knight if he wanted to hear a funny story. "Eh. Sure." He still feared getting too close with her, in a personal way, so he held back his normal excitement when hearing a funny story from other ponies.
6. Slick was trying to reassure Knight about fillies. Clearly, it wasn't helping at all. Months of fear and hate couldn't be ended after a small speech. It especially didn't help when Slick mentioned his mother, and reminded Knight of his. "Let's just drop the topic." He said when Slick finished. Somepony else reminded Knight that it was his turn for Truth or Dare. "Alright... You! Guy who's giving me a sword! What's your name? Anyways, truth or dare!" (Gearlock) Truth Dare:
7. The scarred pony nearby, Flashbomb was it? Asked Knight next for Truth or Dare. After what he had to do last time, Knight chose truth this time. It was a fairly simple one, though it bugged Knight that others thought that. "NO! Why would I have a crush on that annoying filly?!" He hadn't thought his words through, and didn't know how it would affect Bluemoon. His loud voice earned him a 'shush' from the teacher, and he quickly sat back down and quieted. He hardly noticed when Shade moved up with them, trying his best not to say anything. It seemed all anypony wanted to do was bug Knight with fillies.
8. Marble listened as Angel trotted over to Flash's camp. Flash sounded like he was doing fine. He had water, a fire, and was making spears. Marble? He had a tree, a good few pounds of muscles, and common sense. He was able to suck up the feeling of laying on the branch, and the cold wind was nothing compared to his home. But he found himself thinking of him and his new friends. He had always been the underling for most of his life. His brother had the wits and intelligence to do well, and the confidence to be friends with everypony. Marble was the shy, above average flyer. Flash, Lyria and even Lighting Dust were the super-amazing flyers who probably could have automatically joined the Wonderbolts without needing the academy, and Angel was already a Wonderbolt! A familiar feeling of uselessness and despair took him over, and was making him have troubles sleeping. He forced his eyes shut, and tried to keep quiet, and eventually, his rhythmic sobs lulled him to sleep.
9. (Got it!) Silver Star pointed out how much attention all of the hosts were giving her. It wasn't exactly uncommon for the new pony to be pampered, but Alba then noticed how just about every host was giving her their attention. Dapper laughed at his ignorance. He looked over, and saw a mostly lonely colt with glasses sitting with a few mares, seeming to be reading some papers rather than paying attention to his customers, unless they spoke to him. Dapper looked over at his good friend. "Shadow, would you like to meet our newest customer?" He offered him, pointing out Licorice, Silver and Timid.
10. (I LOVE THAT SONG!!! Showboat's the one on my profile pic, by the way, and his cutie mark is three stage lights, and he's in a suit and tie right now) Showboat Forte trotted down, no, SKIPPED down the streets of Ponyville, celebrating a successful day in court. He ignored the voices telling him to sleep the day away, and wanted to wander Ponyville and see the boring architecture of the town. It wasn't exactly famous for its sites, but more for everything that happened there, from Parasprites to Discord. He was hoping it would be one of those exciting days to liven up his mostly boring life. While skipping about, he heard a unique song from most of what he listened to. He enjoyed it, and began skipping to the beat of the music. He had played piano before, but stopped years ago, regretting it often at moments like these that reminded him of his musical life. He stopped at the fountain where the pony was singing the song, about the game of life everypony had to play. He enjoyed the lyrics very much, and ADORED the singing! She was still singing, so he was sure to save his compliment until after she was done. This is pretty cool. Pretty cool?! This is awesome!
11. Sorry for late response! Sleep and school and stuff XD Anyways, even as a magical pegasus, I don't think he'd be accepted into a unicorn school. Unless you want to change him into a unicorn for this RP, I won't accept him. Sorry!
12. The blacksmith pony told him that the only catch was that the sword probably wouldn't be too good, as he was still in training. "I'm cool with that! A bad sword is better than this tiny thing." Knight told him cheerfully with a large grin. He turned to Slick when he asked him something. Knight didn't hear it, but he put his hoof on his shoulder, making Knight uncomfy again, and said he wanted to help him overcome his fear. Knight extrapolated what he said. "Why I'm afraid of fillies?" Slick confirmed what he said. "I don't really know how to explain it. I guess... I don't trust them? I just feel like something bad will happen when they get too close. And they make me feel kinda' sad for some reason." Knight thought really hard for an actual reason, but his small mind couldn't come up with more than that.
13. Yep! Pick a character who hasn't been chosen (Glasses boy/Kyoya and Manager/Renge), and make an app based on the basic personality traits of them, or you can just jump in as a customer!
14. Flash was trying to reassure Marble again, but it wasn't working out. He trusted Flash to make the right choices. Camping in Whitetail Woods was much safer than in the Everfree Forest. He couldn't help but allow his eyes to shift over quickly towards any amounts of movement in the darkness while Flashbomb expanded his shelter. Though his face remained stoic, his shifty eyes revealed his fear of the night creatures wandering about. He settled around the fire, barely noticing it. The cold of fear overwhelmed any sense of warmth the fire gave him. He looked around, and the tall, covering trees beckoned to him with the offer of safety. After everything seemed done, Marble was finished with having so much fear. "I'm sorry Flash. I feel like a sitting duck down here. I need to hide for a while." Marble flew up in the air, and lay on a comfortable set of branches that seemed to be able to hold his weight. I can't burden Flash like this. I'll do this alone, I'm sure I'll be fine alone, and Flash can pass with flying colours again. He closed his eyes as he began to feel comfortable. Just a little bit of sleep should be fine.
15. Flash tried to reassure Marble, and he lead him back to his shelter. Flash seemed to be preparing a fire. "Be careful." He warned Flash. "Fire means smoke. Smoke means everything knows where we are. That means these creatures can find us. It would be best to save the fire for when we're boiling water. Until then, we may have to live off the grass." He said this while thinking of one of his favourite books as a kid. He was re-enacting the scene when the father was teaching his kids basic survival skills. He wasn't certain if he should trust survival advice from a childrens book, but it was basically all he knew. "Also, we'll need to be more careful with our firepit. Since we're in a forest, the fire could easily spread and start a forest fire. We'd be world famous as the pegasi responsible for the fall of the Everfree Forest if we did that, and that entails releasing all of the creatures and risking the destruction of Equestria itself!" Marble was nearly panicking now. He REALLY didn't want a fire unless it was necessary.
16. Marble heard somepony yelling at him. He moved his head, and saw Flashbomb offering him shelter. Marble immediately shushed him, and began whisper-yelling. "Quiet down you idiot!" He looked back to make sure nothing heard him. Seemingly, everything was safe. He slowly and quietly flew down to Flashbomb. "Timber wolves and an ursa minor. I'm not having a good start." He whispered to Flash when he was close enough. "You sure there's nothing around? I'm feeling awfully paranoid today."
17. The others were separating. Lyria flew off, and Flash and Lighting were much more casual with their pace. Marble wasn't sure which direction to go in. He could follow one of the others, but he wasn't sure if that was against the rules or not. He really wanted to follow one of them to make sure they were safe, but remembering their amazing speed and flying capabilities, he was certain no dangerous creatures could hurt them. He trotted behind him, where nopony went, and found a very small clearing, though clear enough to let enough sunlight through for Marble to see his surroundings much better. He couldn't see any creatures, but the many plants seemed to be growing in the forest, including the Poison Joke he was warned about when he was younger. He was certain to steer clear of it. Before he could look around more, he saw movement in the darkness. He kept alert, and heard a snarling coming from behind. He turned around slowly, and surely enough, a pack of timber wolves had found Marble. Of course. Just my luck. Marble's instincts made him fly towards the invisible sky, until he remembered the rule against flying above the forest to find directions. He had been in trouble enough to know that the Wonderbolts would ignore his claims if he told them he was under attack. Instead, he flew straight towards them without speaking, knocking them apart with a strong flying kick out with hind-legs. After knocking apart a few more with his strong hooves, he saw they were beginning to join together again. Before they came back to life to attack him again, he was flying off into the darkness to find a place to hide. He found a cave, which looked perfect. Big mistake. A very large, starry bear came wobbling out tiredly. Marble flew off again before he could be seen again, but the heard the bear yelling out to the forest, seemingly cranky. He found himself hiding in the foliage on top of a large tree, keeping an eye out for any dangerous but small creatures that could have been their. I really need to camp more. He was not having good luck with the beginning of the test.
18. It was all getting better. Slick returned to his excited self, nearly jumping over the chair to brohoof Knight. Knight laughed at the position Slick was in. Slick apologized, and affirmed the rules of Knight's personal space. "I'm glad we're cool now. I'm still kinda' mad though." He told Slick, as he got up to sit back with him. He returned to a state of 'annoyed' with Slick, which was the livable amount of anger Knight could have with somepony. He remembered the card the pony gave him. "You're seriously giving me a free sword?" He asked the pony skeptically. "There's gotta' be a catch."
19. The next test was up. Marble gave a loud gulp from his nervousness. He flew down with the others and entered the Everfree Forest. He was sure to keep close with his group of friends so he wouldn't loose them as soon as they entered. Not wanting to make the rest of them nervous, he acted like he had done been there a thousand times. The closest he honestly came to was camping in Whitetail Woods, with a number of luxuries. Now he had to spend two days with nothing but the small mind that barely got him through high school. It was dark, and he was having troubles seeing the many dangers in the forest, but he listened closely to the sounds of the birds chirping to keep himself at least appearing calm. Wanting to make up for the way he treated Lightning Dust before, Marble stayed by her. "You ready?" He asked her with his deep, secretly shy voice. "N-not in that way!" He quickly corrected himself after noticing the innuendo. "I mean, like, ready to pass this test..."
20. Everypony seemed to be sorry now. Slick was zombified, and returned his lollipops, Bluemoon apologized, even ponies not involved seemed to be sorry for some reason. He really wanted to apologize, but he grew up in an earth pony town, and had adopted their stubbornness. "Keep them." He said to Slick, as he levitated his lollipops back. The ponies were reassuring him, including the one who got mad at him earlier for disliking fillies. He didn't respond to them, not wanting any more of their attention. He began thinking of things. Somepony had given him a card saying he could get a REAL sword! On any other day, or any other time, he'd have been in Canterlot already. But Knight was still stubborn. He began thinking. They want my attention. For me to apologize. Why should I? She never did... Though... I guess it would have been nice... Knight turned around and looked at Slick. "I'm sorry I called you mean. I'm just mad, and get crabby when I'm in a small place. Apology brohoof?" Knight raised his hoof to Slick.
21. Slick wasn't helping. He was pushing Knight into the filly more, as Knight attempted to get away with futility. Some other pony ended up sitting in the seat with them, making Knight panic even more in his claustrophobic and fillyphobic fit (ALLITERATION FTW!). At least the pony was a colt, so he wouldn't have to worry about needing to fly to escape them. He continued panicking, and didn't notice the others seemingly plotting something. "I don't like small spaces! I need out!" He screamed at them as he tried to keeping Bluemoon's hooves off of him. He finally summoned the courage needed to escape. He charge forward, accidently tackling Bluemoon, and was now laying on top of her awkwardly. When he realized, he panicked more. "EWWWWWWWWW! Please! Stay away from me!" Knight jumped up, landing on the seat in front of Slick and the other. He had tears in his eyes from the frightening situation, and was angry with Slick for doing that to him. "You're mean Slick!" He yelled back to him, as he childishly sat alone and began shunning Slick.
22. The situation was getting uncomfortable. Bluemoon wasn't moving from the seat, except to lean in closer on Knight and tease him. Slick wasn't helping either, saying how Knight would LOVE for her to stay. Knight tried to reject it, but found his vocal cords weren't working as Bluemoon got closer. She sure didn't want to leave."P-p-please go away..." Knight was no longer funny, loud, obnoxious or even mischievous. His voice was quivering with fear and sadness. The filly getting so close made him want to cry, and he wasn't even sure why (I'M ZECORA NOW!). "I-I didn't mean to hurt you... Please go..." The words gave a sense of deja vu, as well as the situation. He was backed up against Slick to try and avoid her.
