  1. Is this the thread were we discuss Johnny Test?
  2. Eat his brain. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cd3LE4d6FJc
  3. Darn that Homophobe! I loved visiting those ruins!
  4. Besides the previously mentioned friendship is Witchcraft, I'm fond of FiMFamFilosophy's Mentally Advanced Series. I love the dialog he writes for it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KeFU2J6g13w
  5. 'Flimflam' has been a term for confidence trick long before that. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confidence_trick
  6. Well, if you haven't seen these, here's some links to the various European dubs- German- http://www.youtube.com/user/kyrobrony Italian- http://www.youtube.com/user/danielrx77 Dutch- http://www.youtube.com/user/DutchBronies European Spanish- http://www.youtube.com/user/Ath644200 Polish- http://www.youtube.com/user/ObsessionOctopus Enjoy!
  7. I hope the voice of Fluttershy will be re-dubbed on that one at least.
  8. I've saw these a few weeks ago. Sounds good to me (how can anyone doubt that Trixie would not sound good in French, though? ). I should take French lessons one day to see how well the translation is. Here's the youtube channel for the episodes- http://www.youtube.com/user/MonsieurLeCrin Every episode for the first season has been dubbed (the Danish and Italian dubs have also finished with the first season).
  9. The speaking voice for Sweetie Belle sounds too old, but her singing voice sounds great, I think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jiUxFAAR7xo
  10. I put an order for a couple reams of vellum for myself.
  11. I've been watching a bunch of the foreign dubs while waiting for the second season. I personally think the Norwegian voice cast sound closest to the original cast and the voice acting is very good. I don't dislike a translation unless there's a really big difference, though (I grew up on the Texas/Mexico border, so I'm long used to seeing english language shows dubbed). It's unlikely there will be a perfect match unless the studio that does the dubbing is willing to spend a lot of money. If you'd like to see some of those foreign MLP's here's some links to a few of them. Norwegian- Swedish- Danish- Finnish-
  12. I don't know if this has been posted here yet, but if it hasn't, here's a comparison of FiM in Latin Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, Italian, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, and Greek. Enjoy!
  13. At the beginning of 'The Ticket Master' Applejack says: Don't know if that's the actual reason, but it sounds like a good explanation to me. Did your wife notice the 'Apocalypse Now' reference from Rose?
