Link to the 10th page of OOC 3 weeks have passed since we we left off.... ...But the Legends have not come to a close!

Well I have some bad news. I'll be gone this weekend so I won't be able to do anything until... say... Monday? I dunno. But you guys figure out what we're gonna do! And I'mma go start up the thread, okay? okay! I'll link it here when it's up I left it general so we can go with whatever you guys decide on.

The title says open and you only have 3 other requests going right now so... I would like an avatar picture of one of my favorite background ponies, sea swirl. (or dolphin dream. I always thought it was dolphin dream :L) Either way! I wanna avatar picture of her :3 reference 1 reference 2 A preferable pose would be having her squee at my posts like this one does, but with this pony. Doesn't have to look like cannon, but if you think you can do it then go for it!

As for plot goes, we have my beginning suggestions to get all of our characters started. The treasure race with typical character relationships and rivalries, and Red Sail is a designated villain to all and will have to be taken down by all of us banding together at some point (possibly near finding the treasure, to give it that added suspense and the possibility of betrayal at the end of the battle.) Sound about right? :3 I feel like the treasure should be kept vague as well; to give it even more mystery and allure.

Alright, well I had no idea what your plans with the marks were And that is a very nice story about the diary and all, but could we possibly throw a treasure map in there somewhere too? :3 or a map to a map? (map-ception) Of coarse we could also just use something entirely different as well, but I'm starting to get hooked on my own ideas

That can easily take place during a treasure race I just really don't know where to go from here. And starting a new chapter with a time skip is rather appealing right now.

My suggestion? Finish up the card game somehow. It's sort of just a time killer in an rp. And unless it boils down into a fight, it is rather anti-climatic. Plus it requires everyone to post in an order, and if someone is absent, can freeze up the whole rp. (as chardude has experienced) And someone can easily get mad at a card game and blow up in everypony's face, causing a scene to break out in the saloon This rp has been rather dull in terms of the cowboy violence I was expecting (sorry to say)

A month sounds like too much of a time skip. Perhaps 2-3 weeks? I don't want to completely start over. And the navy ship being partially damaged might add an interesting twist latter on. And here's my idea on how Soul Flare escaped. Seeing that he was setting up some sort of ritual, StringHeart could say that he used a powerful teleportation spell? One that used some sort of ritual magic instead of unicorn since the cell he was in prevented any of that and his horn was broken. It could work Your idea sounds solid, Shame. Anymore thoughts on this? I want to know a few more people like the idea before we get started.

The treasure race would be a fun idea, and considering Soul Flare has a mysterious book, we could use that as part of the relic. We could say it has a map hidden inside it or something. Hence to why it's so important. (Both Black Mane and the empire it belongs to have been interested in getting their hooves on it.) So once everyone figures that out then it could be a race for the treasure leading down to a climatic battle. What do ya say guys? C: Granted, everyone is sort of on the same ship right now >.> So we either wait for that to get to port and move on from there... OR... seeing as this is now at an incredibly awkward stage, we start a new chapter. Say that a week has past, and explain that once everyone got to port they all went their separate ways and the prisoners escaped. Now here's how I plan we could all met back up for the treasure race... -Black Mane could still be curious about the book and be hunting Soul Flare down. -Red Stripe and Shimmers could be hunting Black Mane down. -Black Powder seems to have taken a liking to Black Mane and could do something around becoming his ally. -The navy is the navy, they'll just be paroling the waters and met up like they did last time. -Red sail is a pirate hunter/criminal for breaking the treaty. He's bound to show up somehow. And violently I'm expecting -Harla and Cloud Shimmers could say they've been sailing the sky for sometime, and Harla misses her crew/ship. They could go looking for Red Stripe/Shimmers -Wood Wing could say he has a grudge against Black Mane, and start hunting him down. -I have no idea if anyone else is playing besides that So there ya go. Those are my ideas of how we could get STARTED in a new chapter. Then we take it from there. Feel free to alter any part you wish. These are just suggestions. But what do you guys think about the whole idea of a new chapter and with an actual plot this time? (Also, I think we should just take Sleek Wind out of this completely. I talked with Dusk II and she won't be on here anymore. I don't think explaining how her character left will be easy. So for Red stripe and black mane, let's just say she was a dear crew member, and that she's no longer here. But the chase for her returning to Red's crew can still be existent) Any thoughts/opinions/ideas/suggestions?
